Lost me as a customer this evening. I called yesterday to request a refill, automated voice machine said it had been filled (auto fill that I did not request) and was ready for pick up. Come through the drive thru tonight and guess what? We don't have anything ready for you! Informed the tech the robot said it had been filled. He proceeds to tell me that I waited too long and my script expired and they returned the medication to stock, this morning. I said, how am I supposed to get my medicine filled? He said, You should have come and picked it up earlier... I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life than by the guy working tonight 1/18/2022 @ 6pm. My family and I will be transferring all of our prescriptions ASAP to a pharmacy that communicates, not through a robot, and one that treats their customers with respect. ~Melissa
