Lost me as a customer this evening. I called yesterday to request a refill, automated voice machine said it had been filled (auto fill that I did not request) and was ready for pick up. Come through the drive thru tonight and guess what? We don't have anything ready for you! Informed the tech the robot said it had been filled. He proceeds to tell me that I waited too long and my script expired and they returned the medication to stock, this morning. I said, how am I supposed to get my medicine filled? He said, You should have come and picked it up earlier... I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life than by the guy working tonight 1/18/2022 @ 6pm. My family and I will be transferring all of our prescriptions ASAP to a pharmacy that communicates, not through a robot, and one that treats their customers with respect.

Have gotten vaccines here for my older children no problem. I scheduled my younger son and needed to have it done a bit sooner, they said they couldn't do it earlier when their waiting room was completely empty and their staff did not appear to be short.

They will take up to a week to fill some prescriptions. If you come after 5 good luck. You'll wait at least 30 minutes. Tonight I waited 1 hour with only 7 cars ahead of me. Unbelievable. There are serious staffing issues here. Fix it.

Continuous issues with having prescriptions ready on time or even having them in stock. We put them on auto fill yet are never auto filled. We ask for them to get them ready and are told over an hour. When we come back 2 hours later they still aren't ready. Go back the next day, pick them up and I am missing the most important one. I call and they said they would fill it right away. Go to pick it up 3 hours later and they tell me it's out of stock. This has happened MANY times. Save yourself and don't fill prescriptions here. This was for my fiance. I go to CVS in Tipp City for mine and have never had this problem.

In December I got the first shot in the 2 shot shingles vaccine series. They told me I would need the 2nd shot at between 2 & 6 months but no later than June 1st. I called about it during the Covid-19 craziness and they said they weren't giving any vaccines. When I mentioned that they told me I needed to have it by June 1st they changed their story and said I had leeway on that timeline. Called back the week of June 6th and they told me they would be giving vaccines starting on June 18th. Went in on the 18th only to be told that they were too busy doing Meijer employee health screens and if I wanted it would be almost a 2 hour wait. My insurance pays for this making me a paying customer by default. What ever happened to customer service? The only reason I went there in the first place is that my physician suggested it because CVS had been telling me for over 6 months that the vaccine was on back-order.

I am a meijer shopper and have been using this pharmacy for years. Unfortunately I will be switching. They never have anything ready in the time they say they will, not even hours later it still won’t be ready then they will say they don’t have it in stock. My daughter had a prescription that needed filled, I called the pharmacy at 11 am while I was at work to make sure they received it from urgent care and they said yes it will be ready at 2. I work 10 hour shifts and don’t get off until 6, so I go straight after work to be told they don’t have it in stock. I then say that I called earlier and was told it would be ready by 2 today. Now all of the sudden it is in stock and will be ready in 20 minutes. I love the store but this pharmacy is the absolute worst. This happens everytime we have a prescription to pick up.

The wait time for prescriptions through the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. For 3 cars I have waited OVER 30 minutes. Get more help or shut it down. It should not be that hard to help the customer at the window and get their medications out in less than 5 minutes PER CAR!

I have been to other local Meijer pharmacies and the Huber heights location has to be the worse! It always takes about 3 hours to fill my prescriptions. Whenever I go to pick up my prescriptions it takes over 20 minutes of a wait time in line. UNDER STAFFED!!! I will travel the distance to the Beavercreek pharmacy.

I usually get my RX filled here. This time I called in four days in advance for standard medicine and they had me come back two days in a row and still didn’t have it. Then I had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through before they answered and still didn’ t have it. They should just be straight about what they have and don’t or call you if they don’t. Switched to target.
