I went into Cricket today with a dead phone that wouldn’t charge. Tommy was helping me out. He tried everything to get old phone to work but couldn’t. I had to buy a new phone. I had my 4 year old with me and I had to keep him happy but also get new phone up and running . What a polite and professional man. He was nice and knew what he was doing . I also noticed the store was super clean and well maintained. Tommy needs a raise. This is the second time he has helped me and I will go to him from here on out. Thanks Tommy!

The employee with the jail house tattoos, was tapping his foot a hundred miles and hour! Then trying to explain to us about the different plans etc, but the whole time he's tapping his legs!! He was extremely rude to us, made us feel unwelcomed!! Would NOT recommend this place at all!! You have been warned!

The guys here are so helpful. I got a new phone through the insurance company and when i called customer support to get my number put on my new phone, they said that they could not do that and i needed to go to a store. So i went in and Tommy took great care of me!

The manager was very helpful with suggestions based on what I wanted in a new phone. I had already looked into a few phones he showed me a better option. Only rated 4 stars as I was not told I couldnt upgrade any phones on the account with changes waiting to go into effect on my next billing cycle.
