I don’t understand the negative reviews listed down. There are really great professionals working at this branch who know what they are doing. I have a particular person here too that really is not my favorite either, but it does not change the fact that they have a wonderful team here that is always willing to help, respectful, polite and considerate. Will keep doing business with this branch and thanks to Paige, Megan, Mike, Karen and Mackenzie!

I have an eviction notice notice and ended up in a shelter. I called for help all day. I was told they were waiting on customers. I am a customer stranded. I became upset which is normal I would think as you loose your home and no one will return your call so I said to Ellen on the phone at this location that I did not think she was very compassionate as she justified not helping me and then she screeched, "how dare you say I am not compassionate? You are the one that is not compassionate. Don't you judge me. You have no idea sir what I am going through. You have no clue. " Guess what Ellen. I don't have a clue. And sorry but I am on the streets now but let me make sure to try to come up with a solution for you because those of us with Fifth Third accounts are supposed to wait on you which I promise to do if and when I have time as others are in line now.

Update: I was asked to take off my mask off and I have an illness that compromises my immune system. I took it off to not seem difficult but I was INFURIATED inside. I spoke with somebody about it and I was told I would get a call back. Never did! I made the very right decision ending my business at this bank. They proved to me over and over they care nothing about their customers

Very rude and unprofessional associates that seem to be taking their lead from their equally unprofessional manager. I will certainly pursue this with the general manager for this location. I will no longer go to this location. I only have issues at this particular 5/3rd branch. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Alicia the bank manager was so great! She helped me set up another account and took her time to teach me all the online banking tips I needed. If you need help I highly recommend to schedule with Alicia if possible.

The older ladies that worked until closing today, 8-24-18 were very nice and polite with all of the customers. The younger girl with straight hair that is working until 6 let a guy cut the line as I was next waiting to be called. She didn’t seem to have a problem with it. There were 3 people behind me and this guy with an orange shirt walks in, walks straight up to her and she didn’t tell him to go to the back of the line! I was already waiting there for 20 minutes! Customer service is bad at this one!!!! If she’s working, don’t waste your time because she probably won’t follow any rules.

After 45 minutes to an hour, the rep finally got the information entered into the computer and had me also fill out a multi-page document. A day later the rep called back to say the application failed because I failed to put "LLC" after the business name. I got online this morning and got approved by Chase Bank within 5 minutes. My card from Chase is already on its way. Thanks for wasting my time, 5/3. (By the way, I left out the "LLC" on the Chase application, too, just to see what would happen. They didn't seem to mind.)
