Just all around a bad restaurant. But what has sparked this review is the point that they are practically forcing you to use the kiosk. If they cant speak to me and take my order why do they think they deserve 15$ an hour.

Shouldn’t take 2 cars 30-45 minutes to go thru the drive thru with the main dining area closed. Ridiculous. This place needs new management. I’ve been to multiple Wendy’s locations that can go they 8-10 cars in that time period. Not efficient at all. Then I get to the window and they give me 1/3 of a lemonade and ask if it’s “cool”. No, you don’t close for 5 more hours and you are out of lemonade? Then I asked if I could change drinks and he said no, since he already handed it to me. Ridiculous. Staff yells at each other constantly as well which is super unprofessional. Corporate needs to come clean house with this location.

Wow the drive thru cashier! So I asked for a strawberry frosty. Saw it on my order. Didn’t get it. Was told I didn’t order. They tried to charge me again for the frosty. I asked to see my receipt They didn’t give me before buying another one. Instead of apologizing or telling me I had been correct. They handed me my frosty. They also handed me straws that they wouldn’t give me when they handed me the drinks because they’d be in the bag. They weren’t. Repeated they have not gotten my order correct. Sadly my family considered this a special treat and had just discovered frosties. But I won’t go to a place that can’t hire people who are as rude as the cashier I met today. She asked me to stop yelling when I never yelled. She closed the door in my face multiple times when I was speaking to her normally. I’m about as calm as you can get, but I can see how you will definitely have an issue if you allow this behavior. Good luck 🍀

Placed a order for a number 2 on the menu in drive through line. Went to pay and price should have been under 9 dollars but was charge over 11 dollars. Told the attendant what it should cost and she said that was the price. Told her she needs to change the price on menu and she told me it's not my job and I dont get paid to worry about it. I paid and left and still had the wrong burger in the bag. Very poor attitude by this employee and the other employee that came over and told her the price was right. Will not be back again. Bye the way the young girl was black and had a real attitude towards me a senior white male.

This place always is super slow and the employees act like they don't care. The employees barely acknowledge you when you pull up to the window and act like it's a problem if you ask for hot fries. Compared to most Wendy's, this location needs work.

I had a piece of cardboard in my strawberry lemonade. I got fries that were literally burnt as you can see in the pictures below. I ordered over the intercom in which they got my order wrong I kindly asked the person at the register to correct it and then I was handed this as if this was edible. A total waste of money I called the store several times and could not get anyone to pick up so that’s my reason for leaving a review I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Dirty and disgusting. We love wendys back home but this one needs help. There was water all over the floor. The staff were yelling at each other and we had to ask for a rag to clean off a table. We slipped all over the floor and it was a hazard. When we got food we had to get up 4 + times to ask them to correct it. The Asiago chicken had a plethora of pickles on it. Neither my burger or his chicken came with mayo. Fries were soupy and soggy at best. We asked for fresh ones and they were better but this location needs help and training. Please get someone out here to help them. Also maybe they should wear gloves while handling food?
