I highly dislike leaving negative reviews as one bad experience shouldn’t rule out an entire companies values. This was an exception of my entire experience from the initial order to receiving the order. Wont order Popeyes food for a long time strictly because of this location. Overall terrible experience. Food was undercooked, staff was rude and wasted my time. Had to call 4 times just to get ahold of someone at the store. Staff claimed they couldn’t add extra sauce to sandwiches because their manager said they aren’t allowed to do that anymore. Not to mention there was barely any sauce on the sandwiches to begin with. The two sandwiches I ordered were like biting into a piece of rubber and clearly undercooked. Got to the location and asked for sauces on the side for my fries and they said they didn’t have anymore. Poor representation of a company and franchise. This is the exact example of a great food chain going bad once it becomes franchised. I’d rather eat cold KFC than order here again. Waste of money. Attitude is everything!!! I have been to this location 3 times now. EVERY time I have been there, the employees were warm and welcoming. They had smiles on their faces and spoke professionally. Workers that weren't even directly working with me would turn and nod or wave. It had a great team vibe. Thank you all for being a great example of how a chain should run. People from other stores should be sent to this one to train!

Delicious food was fresh staff extremely nice Ordered grits w/cheese, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, also a kids meal leg w/Bo rounds Delicious must try if u like hashbrowns w/onion

Food is ok sometimes... The sides are getting less and less in the containers and now you even have to pay for . 27 cents for sauce 😬

Boynton Mall location. What a shame this mall is hanging on by a thread. Haven't been there in over a decade and it's not recognizable. Kind of had that "Dawn Of The Dead" vibe going on. The food Cort was just sad. We decided on Popeye's chicken. The employee that took our order was surly, the one that gave us our food was very pleasant. The chicken was OK, with the usual dry breast, as we're the Biscuits and mashed potatoes. The coleslaw, however, was not cold, greyish in color and tasted so horrible we couldn't eat it. It tasted and looked bad! Fortunately, we won't be returning to the mall or Popeye's in the future.

Update: went to get the new buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and a number 12. They forgot about my order and then gave me the wrong items. Advertises 2.49 popcorn shrimp but charges 4.99 I have my receipt and picture. I will be reporting this as it's illegal to falsely advertise

Obviously the the food is good, getting the food is a completely different issue expect to be there at least a half hour if you are lucky.

This place HUNG UP on me after I reported an issue with my order over the phone. I attempted to call back again and no one responded. Mailbox is also apparently full. We had a friend grab our order and they missed one of the items. I called to ask about cancelling to get a refund, and they effectively said they can't do it. The girl had me go to the email and click some link to press cancel, yet there is no link available. She asked if I found it and when I said no she hung up. Very rude.
