This location is straight trash. I don't know which is worse, the food or the staff or the condition the location. If you want fried chicken bones, this is your place. I ordered a ten piece box of chicken I got six legs, 2 thighs, and 2 wings. The sides were gross. They can't even give you an edible biscuit. The staff seems like they could literally care less. I got my food to go and as I walked out of the South door of the restaurant I literally stepped on a hypodermic needle. HAVE A LITTLE PRIDE !!!

I’m normally a huge fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. This one was terrible. The piece of chicken was small and tasted like it had been fried the day before. Stale and tough. Not wam and crispy. Same thing with the 5-piece fried chicken I ordered. Not crispy and not fresh.

I will always give you a five star... chicken is always amazing. What happen to the cajun fried rice when is it coming back. Why remove it when it's the best side item on the menu. When is it coming back???? ETA Please

I ordered at the window because I was told to bypass the outdoor loudspeaker. I thought service was going to be slow but we were served within 5 minutes of ordering. It was great service and delicious hot food at Popeyes on Federal today! Thx Parking: There was ample parking around the restaurant

We visited Popeyes at 506 S Federal HWY in Dania Beach FL on Aug 15, 2022 and YUK what a bad experience. I wanted to introduce my 2 boys to Popeyes because I remember liking it. My one son got the "Premium" lemonade. It was FERMENTED! I'm not super picky but I know what fermented tastes like. Apparently everyone gets the frozen lemonade, he got the normal one. The girl took 3 tries to get it right. First she pumped strawberry in, I said no strawberry just lemonade. Then she took a new cup and started filling it with frozen. I said not frozen normal lemonade. (maybe nobody gets the normal one which is why it sat so long and became fermented?) Then 3rd time she got it right. He complained to me then I tasted it. It tasted like juice that sat out for a few weeks really fermented. To the point it was bubbly like wine. This was no mistake, they must have had this stuff sitting there for ages and ages. Let's keep going. His sandwich was shriveled and tiny and looked like it had a bite taken out of it (pic attached before he bit it!). My sandwich was much bigger. I guess he got some bad luck that day. Needless to say our first trip to Popeyes (ever for them) was our last. It was horrible. The girl did not care at all by the way when I tole her it was fermented. I'm not sure if she knows what it meant so I explained it was "bad". She just looked away and continued with her day. She did not care at all. YUK YUK YUK all around.

Stood at the register for 20min. No one said a word to me. It’s like they don’t function as human beings. They operate very robotic and it’s not appreciated. I had zero clue what the hell was going on with my order. While 6 workers stood their. No one was in charge. No one. Their is a front door. Their are people present in your building. Acknowledge that you’re aware of their presence and that you’re ready to help serve. Very very robotic. No leadership whatsoever. If so. They’d recognize the energy within their store is stagnant every single time I come here their is an issue.

It is currently 8:40 p.m. and me and my party was told that they will not cook anymore chicken. Keep in mind that this location closes at 10pm. We were about to spend good money (order about 40 pieces of chicken and tenders). If you were in line around 8:30/8:40 pm on 9/4/22 you were served old chicken. Only one star because that's the minimum.

It took them 45 minutes to give me a combo with rice, no spoon, no napkins, no sauces, bad costumer service. Tha manager was eating comfortable while there was a like with 8 people plus the drive thru. One of the employees had to ask him for help more than 3 times. In addition, the place and bathroom were not clean.

Worst service from the cashier at 6pm on Saturday night. She must be the most miserable person to give me such a hard time. It started off where she acted like she couldn't hear me at the drive through the entire order. I get a popped Sweet heat sauce that spilled on my hand, and the soda spilled on me in the car because of a bad lid. I ordered a 12 rice nugget meal to share and couldn't because it was crumbs and tiny pieces. No worries I'll stick to the University location and never again come to this one. Negative stars for this place. Picture shows the big pieces.

Do not come to this location. I've been here multiple times and each time it's always been an extremely rude employees or a flirty one. I got the nuggets just to try out and the pieces are extremely small and some burned. I don't know if it's just this location but the workers are always so mean like they are having the worst day in the world. I told the lady in the drive window that I was missing food she rolls her eyes and says "can you come in cause I ain't even pack yo food" when I come in the other lady is rude and saying everything is there and tosses the box back. I am amazed with this location how nasty they can be. It's not worth coming here they need to close this location.
