KFC used to be great, but lately the chicken and fries have a very strong chemical taste. I ate from this restaurant today and found the taste repulsive. Then, I developed an intense headache. I will not be eating from KFC anymore, time to move on .

I love the food from KFC. Sometimes they do forget to put certain things in your bag when you place a big order but when you tell them they without hesitation give you what is missing.

Greeting from the drive thru staff was awesome, warm and welcoming. The young lady sound like Mirabel from Encanto. Spoke English and Spanish. It is refreshing to see staff at work and having a little fun because it doesn't hurt to have a little fun. And The food is always good at KFC..

Everyone there is Amazing, from management on down to the cashiers. What you order is what you get, other KFC's be messing up orders and not putting the entire order in your bag. This Store on Pleasant Hill by far Is a True Success story! They get it Right EVERY TIME & That why I will continue to give them my $$$

Twice they have messed up my order. Completely missed my famous bowl both times and gave me coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese. Do not recommend. They don't care enough to check before putting the stuff in the bag.

I have been eating at KFC since I was a child and this is the worst chicken I have ever bought and tried to eat. I have never tasted something so disgusting. None of the kernel secret recipe was used to prepare this chicken. This location is a shame upon the whole entire KFC brand. I gave it one star because it doesn't allow no star.

It wasn't busy. Only ordered 2 combo meals. Because I commented to my husband they're slow (our wait was very long). I ended up with the worst 2 PC combo from the bottom of the barrel. It was gross. Food service staff chose the worse pieces to serve us. Look at the pic. Would their very own staff eat these? What a waste of time & effort! This is so jacked up. Corporate goes through lengths to create a marketing image, all ruined with something like this. As a result of this, we will never ever patronize ANY KFC due to this awful experience. All it takes is one time! Too bad. Also a good way to loose customers to Popeyes, plus there are too many other better choices out there.

The Chicken was well done. I just wished that at least the chicken leg or the thigh were of a normal size, the one I got a leg the size of the small arm in a chicken wing. The two pieces order was not enough, I will have to buy two, two pieces order to say that I ate some chicken. It is not the first time or the first store were I get an order that is like for a small kid. It cost me over six dollars. In several markets in Orlando I buy a package of 6 big chicken legs for less than $2.50.
