Recently I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I lost my drivers license in drive thru One of the tellers (I’m so sorry I didn’t write down her name nor the branch Manager) went above and beyond She got my phone number called me to tell me she had it. When I drove through the drive through everyone knew who I was and the lovely young lady who saved me presented my license to me I had to go to the store to buy her flowers. The branch VP is Outstanding she later helped with loan documents It’s kind helpful people like this that have had me banking with Tri City for years. Thanks to the best bankers in the business Kurt

Last year my husband wrote me a check. When I tried to deposit it, they refused because they couldn't contact him first (his account is with Tri City, also) My daughter will sign her checks over to me so I can deposit them into my account and they refused to accept them because she doesn't have an account with them. I didn't want cash back, I had enough money in my account to cover them, I would even expect them to put them on hold for a few days but to outright refuse to deposit paper checks constantly, is mind boggling. They've been my bank for over 20 years. If I were renting out my duplex, how would I deposit my renter's checks? If Landmark were closer to me I would drop Tri City in a heartbeat, I only stay with them because they are close. Never had any issues depositing checks with Landmark. If I could put 0 stars, I would. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I don't no much about this bank but I do know ever time I go to a pick n save with trip city in it the ATM is the best. I always just go in and double check my balance for free. I hate being he person that has to put things back at check out. Better safe then sorry thanks for the free balance check.
