I enjoy coming to this Diary Queen, the staff are friendly and always making my MOOLATTE the best! I always get a mocha and enjoy it every time! A lot of people are not aware of the coffee drinks they have but the mocha is the best! I love they are open late! ~Desiree

Salesman was understanding, courteous, helped pick out a great selection at great price. Delivery ppl were polite, on time, did a good job. Would be 5 stars but I wish we could select the delivery time. Then we were told we'd have to pay another 100 bucks to reschedule. Still, everything worked out well. Also, I like the app that says the order of deliveries en route & ETA. Very helpful. ~Barb

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had to exchange a cracked Kohler toilet we ordered from Home Depot and Home Depot didn't have a replacement for us so Kohler had us exchange the toilet at Ferguson Plumbing. I was very impressed with how quickly they helped us. ~Karene

I had to deal with this bank for the last year and was thinking of changing banks. THANK GOD I didn't because this bank made 3 huge errors so I went to close out the account and nobody closed it. Now they send me back pay I owe so another error of theirs I had to correct, wasting my time on the phone. I don't know if I'm just the only lucky one with poor service since I see this bank has a 5 star rating. Good luck to all who bank here. ~Pink

I have been banking with Wells for a few years now. Their customer service has severely decreased since then. I have been thinking about changing banks a few times now but today it’s official. I brought my change in to be told they don’t accept it because they don’t have a counter. They handed me rolls to roll my own. So I took over an hour of my time to roll the change. Now of course not every coin came to a full roll. I counted what didn’t put them in a sleeve and wrote what was on it. Now their accepting rolls ASSUMING I counted properly but REFUSED the extra coins because it’s not a full roll. So I asked if I were to deposit 1.75 would you not accept the change she said yes, I said SAME THING because it is it’s counted change. They weren’t counting the rolls to ensure they were correct. What bank doesn’t take CURRENCY?!?! Lazy employees? Cheap bank? It’s sad that Educators Credit Union can afford to get a counter for their customers but a huge corporate bank has their consumers roll their own and be told they don’t accept the other currency. What’s the point of a bank?! ~Natasha

Recently I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I lost my drivers license in drive thru One of the tellers (I’m so sorry I didn’t write down her name nor the branch Manager) went above and beyond She got my phone number called me to tell me she had it. When I drove through the drive through everyone knew who I was and the lovely young lady who saved me presented my license to me I had to go to the store to buy her flowers. The branch VP is Outstanding she later helped with loan documents It’s kind helpful people like this that have had me banking with Tri City for years. Reserved a car to use for Uber. I was given this car here, after seeing this I asked for another vehicle (dirty seats- smh). Now the new vehicle is making sounds whenever I turn. Took it back 2 weeks later but they didn’t have another vehicle to switch me out to. I was told they would call when one comes available.. I wish Uber would review their partnership with Avis… Dirty cars/Mechanical issues. Go online to make a different reservation through the Uber app for a rental. Now I see available times for a rental but was told I would get a call if a car came available. Hmm odd ~Charlie

This is my favorite Oscars! The service is faster, the burgers are better and the custard is richer. Best of all they always automatically give me my custard to enjoy while I wait for my burger. Life's short after all so eat dessert first. The waffle cones are made fresh on site and they're delicious (also huge). ~Margaret

Corrie at the checkout was outstanding. Her help guideing me processing a task that I was not familiar with was excellent. Respectful, kind, patient etc etc etc. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I was in retail all my life. ~THOMAS

My wife needed a prescript refill with no meds left to take. The refill would take 2 days to complete. So out of sheer sweet and kindness they gave me 3 days worth to take home to my wife. The 3 days worth would be deducted from the refill. The people working at this pharmacy could've not suggested this but they did. This pharmacy and the personnel here are awesome, sweet and great. I've never had a bad experience at this pharmacy and it's because of this act of kindness is why I'm positing this positive review. ~FRANK
