Best pharmacy in West Allis, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

My wife needed a prescript refill with no meds left to take. The refill would take 2 days to complete. So out of sheer sweet and kindness they gave me 3 days worth to take home to my wife. The 3 days worth would be deducted from the refill. The people working at this pharmacy could've not suggested this but they did. This pharmacy and the personnel here are awesome, sweet and great. I've never had a bad experience at this pharmacy and it's because of this act of kindness is why I'm positing this positive review. ~FRANK

Mitch Goza is unprofessional and has a terrible attitude. He lied to me about the status of our prescriptions repeatedly, told me they didn't have a script and sent me to 67th and national picknsave. They sent me back. I decided to transfer to a different pharmacy completely due to all of the lies. He told me he'd faxed my paperwork in when I called him. 2 hours later he told me he sent it 30 minutes prior, so the 2 hours was a lie. When I asked if he even sent it 2 hours ago like he claimed, he told me he didn't like my attitude. I didn't have an attitude until he said that. Then I said it was an urgent medication and I needed to get it asap. He told me "I don't see what the hurry is, we've had this script for over a week". Ironic, considering it was prescribed only 2 days earlier. When I told him that he got rude and must've felt stupid being caught in another lie. He hung up on me. Sent the transfer 10 minutes AFTER the last phone call, 3 hours later than he originally claimed. I don't trust these people. And Sonya lied many times as well. ~Fay
