Worked with Dale, who was great. After asking about what we wanted and whom it was for, he didn't waste time showing us items that didn't fit the criteria. He also took the time to explain why he was showing us certain pieces vs others (bedroom sets). Additionally his ability to walk us through options and pricing was great.

I cannot tell you how great it was to work with Luis! We were back to your West Allis store at least 4 times before finally deciding on which table set we wanted. We absolutely love our new dining set! And the delivery/set up went perfectly as well!

We were very pleased with our recent refrigerator buying experience! Sonya is so very nice and was so helpful. Most refrigerators are now too big for the space we have. Sonya helped us quickly find one that met our needs. Price was great. We would definitely shop Colder's again.

Salesman was understanding, courteous, helped pick out a great selection at great price. Delivery ppl were polite, on time, did a good job. Would be 5 stars but I wish we could select the delivery time. Then we were told we'd have to pay another 100 bucks to reschedule. Still, everything worked out well. Also, I like the app that says the order of deliveries en route & ETA. Very helpful.

UPDATE: I was given a full refund for the restonic mattress(minus the delivery fee) after much persistence. Restonic was unwilling to honor the warranty but colders made it right after much persistence. A appreciate that colders gave me a solution when restonic wasn’t willing to. Purchased a RESTONIC mattress less than a year ago and it’s so lumpy and deformed it’s hard to sleep on. The warranty isn’t worth anything. If you are looking for a mattress don’t tell a restonic. First mattress received had a hole in it, they sent a replacement, that mattress had even more holes in it. Was told I should wait for the next shipment of mattresses and then yet again they’d send a new one out. Waited 2 weeks, no word at all from Colders. Called customer service and spoke with Marlene who informed me that they just forgot to call me and tell me the mattresses had been re stocked. As I spoke with Marlene about my frustrations she got very short and rude with me which was unappreciated. I called back and spoke with another customer service person who was helpful and offered that I come and inspect the mattress the day before delivery. I did, when I walked into the warehouse the mattress was sitting in an open bag slumped roughly against the dirty wall. I personally would never purchase anything from Colders again or recommend anyone to.

Sonya was wonderful. Didn’t bug me and just came around when I was interested in a certain piece. She was great. There was a salesman that I asked about pulling out bed from couch and all he cared about if someone was helping or not. Did not seem nice or helpful like if I wasn’t his sale he didn’t want to help me.

Fantastic Memorial Day sale! Felt like we got a LOT for the price. Sales staff was great about letting us just look and not feel pressured, but also knowledgeable when we needed it. Overall a smooth experience.

I had an overall good experience. Used the 'double back' deal to buy a mattress, couch and a desk. Hopefully the mattress is worth the $1800 I paid. The sales guys were pretty nice but competing with each other for customers in a somewhat aggressive manner. They have a massive selection and a lot of things on clearance. It's clean and well lit and the service was good.

The sales person Patti was very helpful I went to another company that try to sell me extra from redoing my electrical system with a company that they knew. She was very helpful I saved 800.00 and I didn't have to have a electician come in at a higher cost to setup my new appliances it was the same washer and dryer for 800.00 dollars less. They have a sale going on right now if your looking check them out, I'm always looking for a deal. I'm happy👌

In the past month I have purchased a microwave and a dishwasher from Colder's online and then pick the items up myself from the West Allis location. Both experiences were easy and stress free. They had a great selection in stock and when I went to pick the appliances up the staff was friendly and courteous. I will defiantly look here for any future needs!
