have been a customer over 35 years. There is no customer service I have had so many problems from lost deposits (which is unacceptable) no follow thru on other issues cant even reach a banker for over a week. Left a message no return call. Sadly they handle all my finances personally as well as my business. Would never recommend wells fargo. Would recommend a credit union. Maybe this will get me a return call!!!!! if I could give 0 stars I would!!! never like this before 911!!

A bank teller in the drive thru named Sequoia said I was "disrespectful" simply for asking "why I needed to forms of identification?" So then another bank teller named Blanca got on the intercom and said "even thou I sent the 2 forms of identification through that they would not service me because I was being disrespectful and you need to leave the drive through area or we will call the police on you." I was mortified I had my handicapped daughter with me, I was not yelling or using vulgar language. I cannot believe they are allowed to just dismiss people like that. I have banked their for years and cannot believe they treated me that way. This is the location in west allis on national kiddy corner to Taco Bell

I have been banking with Wells for a few years now. Their customer service has severely decreased since then. I have been thinking about changing banks a few times now but today it’s official. I brought my change in to be told they don’t accept it because they don’t have a counter. They handed me rolls to roll my own. So I took over an hour of my time to roll the change. Now of course not every coin came to a full roll. I counted what didn’t put them in a sleeve and wrote what was on it. Now their accepting rolls ASSUMING I counted properly but REFUSED the extra coins because it’s not a full roll. So I asked if I were to deposit 1.75 would you not accept the change she said yes, I said SAME THING because it is it’s counted change. They weren’t counting the rolls to ensure they were correct. What bank doesn’t take CURRENCY?!?! Lazy employees? Cheap bank? It’s sad that Educators Credit Union can afford to get a counter for their customers but a huge corporate bank has their consumers roll their own and be told they don’t accept the other currency. What’s the point of a bank?!

As a religious community, we are greatly concerned about Wells Fargo’s role in exacerbating the climate crisis. In the past year, Wells Fargo has made new climate commitments, such as “net-zero” emissions by 2050. Yet, at the same time, your company is continuing to provide financial services to corporations that are most responsible for causing the climate crisis: the fossil fuel industry and corporations engaged in deforestation. In particular, we are greatly concerned about the following facts: • In the five years after the Paris Agreement was adopted in late 2015, Wells Fargo has provided more than $223 billion in financing to the fossil fuel industry. • Wells Fargo is the world’s largest banker of the fracking industry. Wells Fargo has continued funding fracking companies like Pioneer Natural Resources and Diamondback Energy, making it the top fracking bank four years in a row. • Wells Fargo has provided $70 billion in financing the last five years to top corporations expanding the fossil fuel industry in ways that are incompatible with the goals of the Paris Agreement. This includes line 3 here in the Midwest. This is an irresponsible and unsustainable way to do business, and it means that Wells Fargo is complicit in the climate impacts that threaten millions of their customers’ homes, communities, and livelihoods. We are motivated to take action based on Pope Francis who said, "We must not forget the grave social consequences of climate change. It is the poorest who suffer the worst consequences. Therefore … the issue of climate change is a matter of justice" Please heed these wise words.

My family has banked at this location since 1958. Since the Well Fargo group took over, the service has never been worse. From all indications, there isn't even a real phone number connected. I've been trying to contact the bank to gain access to my family safe deposit box for a week now without any success. My advice to anyone looking for a bank is to avoid this criminal organization.

Useless place of a location. The lobby area is never open. The drive-thru has only one lane open and is always backed up because they’re way understaffed. Just shut this location down and stop pretending it’s a good place to bank. Moving my accounts soon.

I have been a customer for a few years. Never had any issues until the day before Thanksgiving. I was treated very poorly and threatened with the police for trying to withdraw money from my account. I filed a complaint that wasn't properly address. 12/10/2021 I deposit checks in my account that should have cleared instantly or at the latest at midnight. On 12/11/2021 I check my account, not only is checks not cleared but now I have some sort of special handling on my account where they are being held. My job banks with Wellsfargo as well checks drawn on same bank, been depositing these checks with no issues for 5 years. "Special Handling" was retaliatory for filing a complaint on them for the Thanksgiving fiasco. I will continue to file reports, complaints. No one over the phone could explain why my deposits require special handling.

They only do cashiers checks and money orders in lobby no exceptions even if there’s not a single customer in drive thru or lobby. It’s sad no accommodations whatsoever

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since the mid 1990s. I also have a disability and not able to drive a vehicle. I have two suggestions for this WF branch. Place a walk up ATM and walk up teller window in the corner of the building by the drive through so people like myself are not having to stand in line with vehicles. This is for safety and and accessibility for not just the disabled but for those who are pedestrian as well. Contact me if you would like to discuss further. Thank You.
