If I could give them a lower star I would. I had a dispute with a deposit i made in their atm and they would not help me or my bank out in any way at all. I now know the reason i left them. Total disgusted by their performance. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I had to deal with this bank for the last year and was thinking of changing banks. THANK GOD I didn't because this bank made 3 huge errors so I went to close out the account and nobody closed it. Now they send me back pay I owe so another error of theirs I had to correct, wasting my time on the phone. I don't know if I'm just the only lucky one with poor service since I see this bank has a 5 star rating. Good luck to all who bank here.

The staff are very friendly and courteous, but the bank as a whole is terribly difficult to communicate with when you need assistance from other departments. I have sent faxes and letters, and called several times, to get information about old accounts that I once had with this bank, and nobody ever responds! Even their national headquarters in PA. seem incompetent and ignorant. I will never bank with them again.

The local branches are great to do business with but after a gasoline card evolved into a PNC bank credit card, they stopped online payments unless you have a checking account with them.

I had an issue with a stop payment. The teller was rude & offered no solutions. I called customer service & told them what happened. I will never go back to this branch.

Customer service is superb on top of their great services they provide. I wanted to give recognition to a young lady (did not get her name) via the phone that resolved my issue within a matter of minutes. You rock!

I recommended this location to everybody to open an account at because they were so nice professional and personable they seemed like family this was my first time at this location and all of the employees made me and my daughter feel welcome I have nothing but kind words to say about them. I will be banking with them for a long time!:)
