As always I am delighted with each interaction at PNC especially when I need to stop by or phone in. I opened an account online and within thirty minutes I was in the Wauwatosa branch getting my debit card and a cashiers check. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. Cesar J. Helped me and he was awesome. I recommend.

I love this bank! Been a customer for many years now and here are the reasons why: 1. No turnover of employees. 2. Great customer service, and every one is so friendly when I walk in. 3. They do what they can to give you the best rates on credit cards, loans, etc. . I plan to be a loyal customer for many years to come! ☺

I am completely at a loss. When did $5,000 require id past my drivers license. I've been banking with PNC for several years, and today Is going to be the last time I bank with this company. Not only did i miss out on a deal which was worth WAAAAYYYY!! more than $5,000 but my character was flawed also in my line of work. I give you a big F U. Pnc. Thanks for ruining my day.

Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted by name, with a smile, and always dealt with quickly. The service is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Even the security guard says hi and bye! It's quite refreshing to see this type of service these days. This local branch is amazing.
