Good luck getting someone on the phone. I was on hold for over an hour for more than once! It sounds like someone picks up the phone and then puts you on hold about every 10 minutes. If someone knows the secret to getting faster service, please let me know. I'm only going through Enterprise because it's the service my car insurance went through. Had to call again today to ask a question about adding a driver and I'm currently on 27 minutes on hold while I write this review.

Booked an SUV for my wedding day after I got a last minute cancellation from my TURO host. On the phone I was quoted $170. When I arrived price was jacked up to $340. Choose another location that’ll treat you with better customer service.

I would rate this location ZERO stars. The manger at this location is COMPLETELY rude. After having a verbal disagreement this man (the "manager") , he continued to engaged in a aggressive & very loud argument with me. He displayed absolutely NO professionalism. Even when I was walking out the door he continued to shout very rude words. This was the WORST customer service I ever experienced in my life! Also, the employees did not know what they were doing. *****DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION***** ***Go to the Glendale location for better customer service*** Thank me later!

Vehicle pick up and drop off were quick and easy. We were offered two vehicles in the class we rented and offered an upgrade. Communication with the agent was great. We dropped off after hours and they followed up with a call to check on our experience.

So one of those instances when life happens and during my rental I was rear ended in Chicago rush hour. The folks at both the Arlington Heights and Wauwatosa facilities and the road side assistance people could not have been any more helpful. Courteous, efficient and so helpful in getting me to my destination and getting cars switched mid-rental.

I would rate a zero if I could. Store manager extremely rude! Took my car in to renew and manger took keys saying it needs an oil change, wouldn’t let me get the keys to get my things out but unlocked it. Later wanted to give me the only vehicle they had which was beat up and dirty and I’m on crutches so I can’t sit that low. I made a complaint to corporate and the manger of this store called me as if he was confronting me for making a complaint. I have called bbb and corporate back and let them know about the “intimidation” phone call from this store manager. I recommend going elsewhere, it’s not worth the headache at this location.

I was very please with the service provided by the Mayfair Rd location staff as I needed a vehicle. They was able to accommodate me even when my reservation was else where. I make this location my number one choice for all my vehicle rental needs.

Prior to my arrival for pick up I received detailed information about my rental. Make sure to bring driver license, form of payment, $300 deposit and e-Go pass. Check check and check! I was also notified to check in 24 hours before. Check. On arrival I was greeted at the door and helped right away! Handed him my id and payment card. The e-Go pass was not needed only needed my last name. I saved time by entering all information in on-line during booking. I rented a standard car but was upgraded to a full size which was great! I also was given a choice of 3 different cars, which I also did not expect. We walked out to the car walked around to look for damage, no damage was found. I got the keys and drove away. Once I got home to pack up the car I noticed the car was not very clean. Some type of hair grease on the diver and passenger head rest. The floor carpet was dirty with white salt residue. On the back seat there were spray marks as if they sprayed cleaner but did not wipe it up. On the road I notice the maintenance required icon was on, NOT the check engine light. So I assume maybe an oil change or something. For the duration of my rental I had no issues with the car. I will rent again from enterprise in the future.
