Great experience from the Neenah store! Alex got me in & out freaky fast. Knew his job inside & out. Very friendly well spoken & considerate. He even called the next to make sure everything was going OK with the rental, that to me is 5 star service great job Alex & the rest of the team.

I’ve rented with them for years I am a smoker but I did not smoke in the car. I wish I would of!!!! Katlyn from Neenah told me there was an ash in the car so she is charging me $200 detailing fee! An ash! I was parked in a backyard with all the windows down at a cook out/fire at a family gathering. $300 was the was the deposit but I am only getting $1.08 back but detailing that should not have to be done is $200. I am not sure how that totals $1.08!!!

Alec (store manager) was great, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for helping out us with our rental. Will be renting again in the future. Car was ready for us at the Neenah Location right on time, clean, and ready to go.

Absolutely horrible. He lied to me about messing my bill up by saying it was a better deal and I was just confused. I Absolutely knew it was a lie but also made my billing department confirm I wasn't making a mistake. His rate was in fact 378.43 more PER WEEK. He ran my card for the 2nd week without permission, I had called to inform him that he messed up the rates. So running the card for the 2nd week caused me to lose over $700... for the 3rd week, I contacted oshkosh. To which he fixed my bill and rather than charging me for a 3rd week, he took the cost from the money that needed to be returned to me. I got over $700 back with the 3rd week of rental deducted already... the guy in neenah did not care that he had stole so much of my money... I had recently crashed my car so extra cash was not an option. He said he wouldn't return all the money he stole until I returned the car. Then when I returned the car he again tried to lie saying his deal was better to which I showed him how it wasn't. He then said I jisy don't understand... I would NEVER rent from the neenah enterprise again. He is a rude, thiefing jerk. Oh also I was lucky oshkosh knew me and informed me he had removed my discount I have with enterprise because I kept telling him he messed up!! How spiteful. NEVER AGAIN, ALEX.

AMANDA TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME WITH WORLD CLASS SERVICE WHEN I WAS IN NEED OF A VEHICLE WHEN MINE WAS BEING REPAIRED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. SHE HELPED ME GET A RENTAL CAR IN A HURRY WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY I WAS WORKING WITH DID NOT COME THROUGH. SHE EVEN CALLED A DAY OR TWO INTO ME HAVING THE RENTAL TO BE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE VEHICLE...HER COMMUNICATION WAS SUPERB AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS RECEIVED BACK FROM THE BODY SHOP. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WELL I WAS TAKEN CARE OF

Wow is all I can say about how my wife and I were treated. Brett was amazing! My wife and I were having major car problems week after week and he made sure we had a vehicle. If I could give more stars I would! If you need a vehicle and you're close to Neenah or in Neenah, this is the place to go as you'll be treated with great respect.
