Good people. Willing to work with my situation. They gave me a Rav4 that couldn't open the gas tank I almost ran out of gas trying to make it to another enterprise. They switched me to a jeep which ran like a champ. Loved it. Very nice people when i returned it.

Couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and compassionate person than the person that helped me at this location. Alicia was amazing. It wasn't just the service that she provided but it was the way in which she provided the service that turned a horrible horrible day into a much much better day for me. And I can't thank her enough so I hope that the location that she works for thanks her and appreciates everything that she does because she is someone you do not want to lose. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. I had a loaner vehicle while my daily was being repaired and Enterprise was exceptionally quick to get my paperwork in order and get me in my vehicle. They even had my vehicle ready 3 hours before my assigned pickup time which was fantastic! I had a Hyundai Elantra which was meh but was on great working order so what more could you want?

Hard to rent a vehicle one way. Wanted to go to Madison airport in July than rent vehicle for return trip home 2 weeks later. No one way rentals at this time. Very disappointed. So no visiting my daughter for me this summer. Checked to go to La Crosse airport same story.if I want to go in the fall I "might" be able to get a rental. I'm guessing they have little inventory. Hopefully next year will be different.

Sarah has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a rental car company. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I had to get a rental due to a car accident. I took delivery of the rental on the 2nd of October. In last than 4 hours I was involved in another accident because of another driver. Sarah took this horrible experience and made it pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for treating me with dignity and respect.

Staff was friendly. They need to work on customer service workflow. We had reserved a car for 8AM. We arrived at 8:05 and were not able to start our reservation until 8:45. There were two people there before us. One was returning a vehicle and the other was needing a reservation for next week. She helped the customers in order or arrival instead of order of need. We waited for almost 45 minutes while she helped the person wanting a van for next week. He then didn't have the money to pay and didn't even complete the transaction. Luckily we were renting for a family car trip and not a business trip. We did miss the IMAX movie we were taking our 10 year old to for the first time due to this hassle. Actually went out a bought a new car the next day just to avoid needing to use enterprise again on all our trips this summer.

I had no issues with renting a vehicle @ this location. They even gave me a courtesy call the day of pick up & day of drop off. Yes, I went thru online & made the reservation (easy) however all in all a great experience here & will definitely use them again. Skyler was great. He picked me up from my house, gave me walk thru, all very well done & casual. Being a satellite office of the La Crosse branch, I recommend you call ahead or use online to make a reservation. Otherwise I'm thankful for the rental in a time of need. Thanks guys!
