Horrible horrible horrible! Don’t come here. We got a transmission that had a discrepancy and they wouldn’t back up their policy. Unprofessional and not reliable! Stay away

Had a great Experience with a salesman named Fred. Knows auto parts extremely well. Don't run across that to often these days in these auto parts stores!

Returned a part I didn't use. They don't give you you're entire return back. They keep part of what you paid and give you some of your money back. Kinda bogus. BUT, their products are always good quality and reasonably priced. The return policy just really.... stinks lol.

My husband was trying to communicate with the employee we came in on Sunday it was almost going to be 4 the man didn’t even want to look at my husband we’re Hispanic at this point I’m just thinking he was being racist he didn’t want to help us out at all looking the other side and just replying with a “No” . Doesn’t even deserve no star.

The staff at Advance Auto Parts is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped test my car's battery (confirming it would need to be replaced after I had to jump start my car that day). Jon replaced my car's old battery and installed a new battery. Because of his quick work and attention to detail I was on the road again very quickly. Thank you to Jon and the staff at Advance Auto Parts for the excellent service!

My favorite store. I don't meet too many car girls. I was getting parts for the mustang. Had to order the pcv hose o line because it wasn't available in store. But I don't even mind 😂
