Have always used amery chevy services until now. Recently had my vehicle serviced and received the rudest service from the service center rep. He was rude to my husband when setting up the appt. Argued telling us we had no warranty for our vehicle or rental services. Which we do and I pay for every month as it's included in the car payment. Instead of asking for help looking into our warranty info he just said no you don't have it. Another lady caught his mistake and pulled up our info and was able to see all our warranty info. After setting up the appt we were told a recall part we needed installed was actually in house, they happened to have one in stock and shouldn't take long. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and when we tried to call to ask of the status 3 times no phone call was ever returned. When I came to pick my vehicle up I asked the new guy at the service counter if he got his messages he immediately got an attitude. I was in fact giving him the benefit of the doubt, so my question was not to be taken defensively, just to make sure he was getting his messages. 2 managers stood there and watched their service guy act with complete unprofessionalism and rudest. Their response was...."we'll take care of it. Salesman are great, finance department great, but the service center employee ID awful and rude, not trustworthy and for management to sit and watch their staff be absolutely rude to their customers is unacceptable. We will never go their again and will tell all we know of our experience with amery Chevrolet. It too bad but st Croix falls will now get our business along with many others. My response to your reply....tho I do not condone my husband slapping a pen cup I find it highly unacceptable and slandering to imply he physically attacked anyone. This is not true. You can continue to protect your rude and unprofessional service man and I will continue to take my business else where.

I'm kind of surprised that I'm writing this review, as I was totally not expecting to receive this level of service from a dealership. I purchased my truck from Johnson Chevrolet. There was a recall on it, and due to some complications, GM refused to do the recall work. I spoke with 3 different Johnson dealerships, including the specific dealer that I purchased my truck from, and all of them basically told me where I could stick my issue and refused to help me. I then contacted Amery as a last ditch effort and spoke with Galen, the service manager. Galen looked at the issue with my truck, looked at the recall notice from GM, and made my problem his problem and went to work for me. It took him almost a month to pull it off, but he wound up getting GM to honor the recall and fix it. Had he not put in the work on my behalf, it would have been a $1300 out-of-pocket repair. I was truly amazed, considering the terrible post-sale customer service that I received from Johnson, to then get this level of service from a dealership that I had not worked with previously. I will be changing that. Johnson will no longer be receiving my or my family's business, as future purchases (and service!) will be done through Amery Chevrolet.

I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for a full detailing. The Rogue is the newest and nicest vehicle I have ever owned. (I bought it used from my uncle). I wish I would have gotten the name of the man who cleaned it because he did an amazing job! Every area of the vehicle is clean and looks new from the carpet, seats and the outside. But the best part is that going in I had a warning light blinking on the dash that I didn't know what it meant. I had taken it to another shop to have looked at and paid over $50 to be told I needed to take it to a transmission shop as they didn't know how to fix it. The man who cleaned my car casually said, I saw that light blinking and turned it off. Turns out, I had just pushed a button to activate something that helps the vehicle go up hill. He showed me where it was and explained what it did. He also tactfully suggested I read my car manual. He explained all that without making me feel stupid, which was also very impressive. Now I have a clean car, I don't have to keep the appointment I made with a transmission shop, and I will read my manual next time I have a blinking light. Yes, I did tip him for cleaning my vehicle and then gave him another 20 for the information. He said I didn't have to do that, but I made him take the money. Worth every penny. Just to add, I'm a 53 year old woman, my ex husband used to take care of all the car issues and I am learning to do it myself. Thank you Amery Chevrolet and your wonderful employee!

As always a great job, I stopped coming here a little less than a year ago after I moved and had bought a vehicle from a different dealership, but the dealership I bought my current truck from is no where near on par with Amery Chev. Glad I decided to go a little out of my way to come back here for my service needs. Kent

Service representative Ashley was absolutely amazing at dealing with the service desk, especially being the only person in the service department on Saturday morning. Service was excellent and I will go back every time for service on my vehicle as they do business in the right way.

Staff was able to shuffle me in on short notice for a needed detail and TLC to my car; sales even noticed some tire concerns which I appreciate them being found to address! Service center went above and beyond. There's even four-legged buddies roaming around asking for some hellos so a pretty cool place!

Samantha was my sales representative. She was ALL-IN to help me find a great truck at a competitive price. I was not pressured into a sale, rather given plenty of options to help guide me through the process. When I settled on a truck, she went the extra miles to help me with taxes, registration, and shipping options since I'm not from Wisconsin. Everything was gone over in great detail and it ensured a very smooth process. I'd like to give an additional shout-out to Justine (Detailing Specialist), she took the extra time to deliver my truck... SPOTLESS both inside and out. Amery Chevrolet earned my business. I referred my son, he bought a truck from Samantha as well. I also referred my cousin (searching for his truck). Amery sold more then a vehicle, they sold a family experience, meaning, once you buy from Amery Chevrolet you're part of their family. If I ever need another vehicle, I will be back.
