Nice secure storage facility. Kat is quite personable, and fast at resolving any issues in a professional manner. Wish it stayed open later.

We had an issue with our unit leaking water and ruining some of our boxes, HOWEVER, Kat the manager was so wonderful to work with in helping to rectify the situation. She helped us file an insurance claim, and also was very helpful in finding us new units and verifying that they were safe for us to move our items in to. She was in constant contact with us to fix the issues, and told us we can call her cell phone at any time if we needed it. She is the reason we will rate highly even though we had a tough experience with items getting wet and damaged.

When you think of storage you don't think of a good or bad experience normally you just think of a place to put your stuff well let me tell you kat with ko storage in amery wi was absolutely amazing anything she could do to help at any given time and in any way She was there to help I cannot say enough about ko storage absolutely amazing experience !!!!!

I called and asked for information a week ago. I had to take care of getting insurance and then called back. Received my unit number, notified what my charge would be for partial month. First full month of rental is free. Then I was all set to go. Facility is open 25 hours. Very pleased it was all completed over the phone. Personal was very helpful, very polite and knowledgeable.
