Very happy with the service. The staff have always been very friendly and every time I've been here I've gotten in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They were particularly helpful a year ago with a car title problem I had. They got the mess sorted out and got me on my way.

There is a lady that works here with a speech impediment. Super rude. You can tell she was harassed EVERYDAY when she was young.

The woman who was helping all of us, was yelling with each customer. She was yelling while she asked me for very personal information. You could hear her very clearly, even in the little entryway they have. Embarrassing.

The ladies here are great. I've been in a few different times, and each time these ladies have been so helpful and if they don't have an answer they work on getting one ASAP.

It was just fine. My youngest daughter got her permit today driving permit. No longer have to wear masks in there. Was in and out in a matter of maybe 10 to 15 minutes...

The lady that was helping me was VERY rude and disrespectful. If you are working for that company you are required to answer questions that the community has. As I asked for a mn phone number which I had gotten from them previously without any issue but when I went back in again they refused to even help me and I said it was ridiculous that she couldn't help me as its part of her job and her response back very snarky was "shouldn't have gotten in trouble in the first place" as if she knows who I am and what my life story is. If you don't want to help answer people's questions and want to have attitude and that employee should be FIRED. I went into the dmv very calmly and collected until this lady wanted to get attitude.
