It's great to have a DMV in your small town. It's slightly difficult to have to return three times to resolve an issue. Each time, there's something new to bring back. It appears a 4th visit is needed after I collect more documentation, which could have been shared during the first visit. It is definitely an inconvenience, waste of time, and unprofessional to have an incompetent staff member yell at you when you share your concerns.

The people at the Hayward DMV were very friendly very willing to help I would give them a definite thumbs up! I went there with a friend who has been having trouble getting her license after letting it expire for 10 years my friend has gone to the Ashland DMV three times the superior DMV once and the DMV at Hayward. She was very nervous and when going to the Ashland DMV the person she encountered with very negative and very condescending unlike the people over in Hayward DMV who were very friendly very reassuring and got my friend to relax and stop feeling like she was going to fail before she started and because of this woman's calming effect on my friend my friend passed her test and got her license. Again I give a big thumbs up to the people working at the Hayward DMV
