Our first experience at Hayward Powersports was in 2020, having our ATV serviced. We were very happy with the price as well as the customer service. We recently ordered a pontoon which was delivered this weekend. Mark went over the features and explained and answered questions that we had. He was very patient and a great guy. Nick was our sales person. He’s also a great guy who communicated and updated information on the expected arrival date of pontoon. He’s honest, and hard-working; we trusted him completely. So glad we did! Laurie helped us in the finance department. She too was friendly and Professional. We are fortunate to have Hayward Powersports as our go to and highly recommend them!

Took my trolling motor in for warranty repair last fall around the first week of October or so. No problems getting it checked in and they let me know it'd be a while because they were busy switching over to winter gear whatever no big deal not like I needed it right away anyway. Called back after a couple weeks to see what was up with the motor still not worried about getting it back right away just wanted a status update was told they'd call the next day because the guy was out or something no biggie. Didn't get a call back. Called back after another week or two still not in a hurry to get it back same thing happened no call finally get a call after over a month and a half that its ready still wasn't a big deal. Started getting the boat ready for the summer and hooked up the trolling motor would turn on. Pulled the covers off after going over the rest of the system and determining the motor was the problem and found that whoever worked on it didn't plug in the connection so it wasn't getting power they also didn't mount the power and battery test switches to the housing and the screws are gone now I'm wondering if they even fixed anything. No way to know till I'm out on the water but im very disappointed in the level of service especially since its 100 miles one way

Huge shot out to Hayward Power Sports!! Your professionalism and quality of service is exceptional (15+ out of 10). My sled had and ignition switch issue, and we had to tow it ~30 miles to Hayward Power Sports, and within 15 minutes you replaced it and had up back on the trails!! Unbelievable, and simply amazing service! Thank You!! You Rock!!!!

I recently rented a snowmobile from Hayward Power sports with 3 other individuals for a 48hr rental. It was our first time renting with HSP and it will also be our last after how I was treated. Late into our first day, a mishap happened to my sled where it needed to be returned to HSP. It was obvious the damage would make it unrideable the rest of our time and was instructed to get it back. On the second morning, we brought the sled back to HSP to have them look at the damage to see what our options were. After waiting for them to review the damage I was told that it would cost $1000 to repair. Not expecting to pay an additional $1000 on my weekend I asked to please cancel my 2nd 24hrs of my 48hr as this could now be helped to pay for the repairs. I was told this was not possible as my agreement was already signed and the sled was scheduled to be used for 48hrs. This was a hard pill to swallow but I reluctantly agreed with it. I then asked what sled I would be getting for the remainder of my trip where I was told that they were out of sleds... Not only did I have to pay for the repairs on my snowmobile ( I'm sure they charged full price), I could not cancel my second 24hr, I was now out of a snowmobile for which I paid. I asked how this made sense and was met with poor excuses and told I was lucky they were not charging me an additional $1200 for the downtime of the machine. The customer service was subpar where I felt they only cared about making money. They never offered a discount, a coupon for next time, or any other accommodation. Our group will not be returning to rent with them with the service we received. I highly recommend scrutinizing every single detail of their contract as none of it protects you. YOU are on the hook for everything, whether it's your fault, bad timing, or wearable items. I don't typically write reviews but thought others should know our experience before signing up with HSP.

It took forever to get our Polaris Rzr but once it came in, the salesman let us know right away that we could come get it. Everybody there was so helpful and friendly. If you're in need of any powersport toys, this is your place!
