The lady was very rude ,, I never used u haul before i had an issue with the tow dolly I called her response was i don't know what to tell you ,, office is cluttered and dirty she doesn'tent know what's going on. Stay away from this place.

Have had a lot of bad news experiences with Uhaul, however this place is beyond fantastic. Great service, great patience with customers and go above and beyond to help. They give you all information you need and don’t send you to corporate to resolve something. This is the only uhaul provider I’ll use in the area.

Very unpleasant to speak with, He was very annoyed by Me asking questions. Almost like he didn’t want to deal with me due to me asking questions. (What size would you recommend, How much is the cost for this many days etc.) Not only did I not do business with him, I wouldn’t suggest doing business here. First impressions are everything!

Was a good experience in needing to rent a box truck. We even got a dolly for a mere $7. The older dude working here was professional and curtious. Didn't try to talk us into something bigger than we needed, which usually they do in these places. It was a reasonable price too😊
