Sent us a confirmation of reservation. Set it up over a week ago, we never received notice that it may not be fulfilled. We get there and they rented out ALL of their trucks including ours and wouldn’t be fulfilling the reservation. Pretty much just said too bad 🤷♀️. We needed to move this weekend (hence the reservation) and will only be able to bring what we can fit in our van since there are literally no trucks available from Mobile Al through Navarre. Customer service reps didn’t care and were absolutely no help. If you make a reservation, send confirmation and everything you need to honor it or at least help find a replacement truck - they wouldn’t even look. At absolute bare minimum send a notice in advance. Hopefully another company will have something but this was terrible service. I highly DONT recommend them, and if you do decide to still use them, don’t trust the reservation or confirmation emails.
