My kids love going to GameStop, especially this one. The employees are super friendly and helpful. There's always something I want in there too! It's always a fun experience stopping by GameStop and exploring what's new. Where else are you going to find a Mandalorian waffle maker without waiting a week for it in the mail?

I would not waste my time in this store while a certain female with dark hair and tattoos is working. She’s the rudest person there and throws attitude. If you can’t handle working retail or any customer service role…. Probably not cut out for it. Never coming back!

My son and I had a similar experience with others on these reviews regarding the girl with dark hair who works here. Rude, not willing to help, should not work in customer service industry if she can't do her job.

I liked this location but the girl with the tattoos and dark hair that works here is so rude. I brought in my iPad to sell, because that’s something that GameStop does is buyback used electronics, and she rolled her eyes when I got to the counter. I almost left after that but I just wanted to sell my iPad for extra Christmas money since I don’t really use it.. She took my iPad saying they were able to buy it, and she plugged it in, and called someone to ask something along the lines of what program to use. She then proceeded to tell me after a few minutes of setting up the iPad that they weren’t buying the ipad I had, which was only like a year old. I asked why and she couldn’t give me a reason. I took this ipad to a different gamestop and I told them about my experience at this location and they told me she lied just so she didn’t have to manually put in all the info in the computer… I have come into the store other times while she was working and she acts like she can’t answer questions or even just be friendly.. Every other employee I’ve dealt with has been awesome and they always ask if any help is needed, but because of the negativity from this one employee I will not be coming to this location anymore. Don’t work customer service if you can’t be nice.

Glad to have a GameStop in Pace. Staff has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve been here, always have answers to any of my gaming questions, and are not pushy whatsoever. They do unfortunately seem to be out of stock a lot, wether games or accessories. Sad that a lot of recent 1 star reviews are about things that are completely out of the hands of the local employees and are simply corporate policies.
