A drive through is convenient when it’s raining. Like today. This location prefers customers come inside and order themselves on a kiosk. It is a neat kiosk. I have passed this location several times over the past 4 months. Just noticed it! I probably will not stop if it’s raining in the future .

Wes is the best! He was so helpful and kind. We got the wrong game for our son and he was so gracious to point us in the right direction and get the correct one. We will definitely be back for all our game needs...and ask Wes his advice before we buy! :)

I was told by the store associate that the new Xbox X would play all media thru it. After buying the Xbox X, I opened it to plug everything in. The Xbox X doesn't have any input opening and after I called the store I was told that I couldn't input anything to the Xbox x. I asked for a refund but because I opened it they refused. Even tho the gamestop employee justin lied to me to get the sale. Shady and false advertising practices.

This is one of my favorite stores in the mall altogether. They managed to get me to sign up for the Pro level customer club thing and I don't regret it at all! One time fee and I get $5 free every month to do with as I please in the store? Yes please. I can even convert that $5 to Xbox credit to use on the marketplace for my console. Yes, I will be renewing my pro level in a few days when the year runs out.

I miss the days of waiting in line at 11 o clock at night to get the newest console. It truly was an amazing feeling on those late nights and receiving that new console was just euphoric. Gamestop will always have a special place in my heart. :)

One man running the show so expect to wait. Barren shelves with really no good inventory except overpriced games you can buy used or even brand new for cheaper most other places.

Came into the store and noticed that there was a pair of Xbox headphones I've had my eyes on for weeks for sale on the floor. I asked the customer service rep if I could purchase them and was told "no problem" as he unlocked that security device and rang them up. While trying to scan the headphones they kept coming up as pre-order not to be sold for another 5 days. It turns out the item was "not supposed to be out" and I couldn't purchase them. How can a store have an item out for sale but can't buy it for a few more days? How many other items do they have out on display that can't be purchased? If this is any indication of how this store is run I strongly suggest going to a different store. In fact, don't even buy from GameStop and just get whatever you want at Walmart for cheaper.
