Was in the process of buying new games and a new system and the lady cashing me out was quite rude condescending towards me.. trying to force me to buy protection on the games after declining she gives me a dirty look and says ..why? I said I don’t want protection then she tries to get me to have protection on the system I also decline in that again she gives another dirty look and tries to force me to get it and I say no…. Then she tries to get me to be a pro member I also declined that and she gets even more angry and rude and starts being condescending…. If I choose to not have protection or be a member that is my choice !! You have no business questioning customers on why they don’t want protection…. I nearly almost walked away from the purchase because the amount of pressure she tried to put on me and guilt me into buying protection I didn’t want.. definitely sounds like she’s getting commission if she sells protection to customers.. simply how nasty and rude she became after declining it…
