I had an outstanding experience with Securitech1. I had a very short timeline to have estimates and installation for security cameras in 2 small business locations. Edwin was very responsive, and made a next day appointment for a site visit to provide a detailed estimate for both locations. The techs that installed the equipment were professional and friendly. Michelle, the office manager, was also an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend them for any job!

I had Securitech1 install cameras and a video doorbell on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products they installed. Crystal clear images of my property. They were very fairly priced and the service I received was outstanding. From the installer who was on time, thorough in every aspect of the install and extremely clean which is very important while in my house. He explained everything he did and didn’t hesitate when I interrupted him to ask a question. Michelle and Edwin have been above and beyond in tweaking some of the minor software issues and they don’t hesitate to talk to me on the phone with my questions or coming back to my home to explain or resolve any issues, if any, that may occur. Drove 30 min. During store hours just to find out they were closed. The sign on the door said open. I called the store and a man in sales said "I should have called first" putting fault on me. The door still has a COVID sign...Buyer beware!
