This place is the best. Employees are super friendly and helpful. There are so many workout areas with so many machines, locker rooms, etc. The hydromassage chairs are unbelievable. What a way to end your workout. Everyone is very conscientious about wiping down the machines after use. Very clean. I am so happy I joined here.

I’m so confused at what’s happening in this location. While the staff is super nice and helpful, the condition of the gym is just gross. I’ve been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I’ve seen it go from great to bad to this. The floors are absolutely filthy, when I say filthy I mean as in dirt and bits of whatever everywhere. I was in there 2 days in a row this week and there was animal sized clump of hair and debris in the corner where the exercise balls are. The white walls are covered in handprints and who knows what. The paint is peeling off in large chunks. The mens bathroom light has been flickering this entire week. There’s dust on every surface. Yesterday there was no paper towels in 2 different cleaning stations, meanwhile the one evening employee is no where to be seen, then suddenly appears just hanging all over the counter up front. The fort myers beach location is super clean and sanitary so what is happening in NFM??

I love this club. Lost 75lbs here doing cardio, then gained 30lbs of muscle. Staff is great, facility is clean. Check it out PS - rack your weights!

This is a good representation of the planet fitness chain. All the modern equipment works and is well maintained. It is not overly busy in the daytime when I went.

Been PF member for years. Relocated to Cape and signed up here. Usually not bad but no accountability as far as staff enforcing rules for members wiping machines or being loud and obnoxious. To members defense, hard to wipe machines down when staff (X3) all standing behind main desk chatting and checking their social media. Several times I had to replace towels at empty cleaning stations. Not even gonna start about the condition of the locker rooms most times. Cmon guys, step up and live up to the hype the parent company so boasts about. Lots of other gyms to choose from… Ok once again. Over half the towel stations are empty. Members not wiping BRAND NEW MACHINES DOWN! Seriously what is wrong with people. Where are the employees. Had to go and get rolls of towels and put near almost empty sanitizing sprayers. TO THE OWNER: my name is on this review. I saw your response and if you want to get my verbal opinion you know where to find my number. Original review was ***. When I get to *, I’m gonzo….. 8/9. 8:44pm. Not one station has paper towel to wipe machines down. This place is getting gross and trashy. Going to start going to PF on 41 @ PI. Clean and plenty of towels and attentive staff. As I was leaving, towel stations still empty, the girl behind the desk didn’t even look up from her cell phone as she said good night. To the owner: if you don’t believe me, give me your email and I’ll send you video of this!!!

Overall ok gym. Need to post several signs in the 30 min Express workout room to remind members not to sit on a machine and just use (texting) cell phones, or do 2- 3 sets of the workout at one station while other members are in the room.

Great staff great place to workout great equipment n meditation pod n message tables n chairs tanning booth n leg circulation n inferred light therapy. Love it! I bought the Black Card Membership so it world wired n all throughout the USA too! What a great bargain!

Compared to every other PF in the area, this is 5 stars. Staff is always cleaning around, with proper disinfectants unlike other locations. They provide actual paper towels instead of the cheap brown kind. Large gym with equipment spread out properly. Plenty of area around squat racks to do hip thrusts with proper form. Staff is incredible and there is no one better to run a gym than Vinna and Janelle ! Wonderful ladies.

Planet Fitness is a tremendous value and the atmosphere is perfect for there No Judgement Zone! I go in ride a bike for 15 minutes then Work there 30 minute workout! They have a red light to move to the next zone and a green light to work out! Step ups in between weight machines works very nicely!

Great gym but had an issue due due the fact that I signed up at this gym over a year ago while on vacation and was told I'd be able to cancel back home in Miami at anytime. That wasn't the case but luckily one of the front desk employees was able to help me out but what a mission.
