I went to this location to mail invitations about 20. The nice guy at the front was assisting with out issue. There was another lady doing nothing behind the counter. The lady got a call from the back and someone told her that I couldn’t mail all of my invites there. Mind you it was a $1.23 to mail each. The guy said that I can buy a book of stamps bc me paying exact amount was taking too much time. I would need to lose close to $.25 per invite all because this guy did not want to do his job . Seriously? I said why should I pay more than what it should cost so that he didn’t have to open the register ( during a busy Friday afternoon … in his word) he said I came to late in the day…it was 2:15pm . The people behind me were not complaining . Everyone knows when you got to the PO you wait in line. At the end after I questioned his thought process , he kicked me out of the store…I’ll be interested to see if he even put my items in the mail. Can’t wait to see if my items make it to their destinations . I can’t wait to show up tomorrow at 10 am with the remaining. The will do the job they are getting paid to do. Very rude staff. I waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. The place I normally go to prints off labels electronically so I assumed that is how all places do shipping labels now. When I finally go tot he counter, I was informed they don't do that at this location so I had to write the address on the box. I asked for a marker to write the address and the clerk told me I could buy a sharpie from him for $2 but he could not provide one for free. He then told me that there were free pens I could use at a desk behind mine to write the address. I went to go grab one to write the address and someone who seemed to be a manager came over and told me that I needed to stay away from the counter to do this and then return. They made me move away from the counter to complete a task that took all of 30 seconds. I assumed he meant I had to get back inline, which again I had already waited on for 20 minutes. He told me I wouldn't have to get back inline but to return when I was done but was very rude about it - shoving my box off the counter top to get me to move away. Very rude - and during the holiday season. Will never return to this location again.
