According to the owner of this UPS Store if you email them a document to print, even just a couple of black and white pages, they will charge you at least $3 computer use. I was informed at the time of paying and it did not make sense to me that I had to pay over 10 times the printing value (roughly $0.3 for 2 B&W pages) on computer use, because the owner had to use the "customer's" computer to print. I try to be fair and I struggle to see how a customer should be expected to know that the owner of a printing and shipping business is going to charge them for THE STORE USE of THE STORE computer which is part of what they need to fulfill the service they are selling. What's next? An electricity surcharge on prints, because they use electricity to power the printer? I mean, if I'm paying for a print, shouldn't I be paying the advertised price for the print itself? Whatever cost the business bears to be able to offer the service, that cost should be already included in the service price. If I go buy milk at the grocery store, the cost of refrigeration for the milk is already part of the price, isn't it? I know it's $3 but I feel like the owner (and she was ALONE in the storefront. Maybe somebody was in the back but in my 20 minutes there I didn't see any other worker) was not clear with me and really you are charging me $3 on top of a 30 cents print because you clicked two buttons on a computer? Where is the transparency? This screams "hidden costs" very loudly. Maybe she was overwhelmed because she said "everybody is coming in at the same time". I try to be understanding, although when calmly and kindly confronting her about the computer use charge and the fact that I didn't even touch the computer, she said that since she had to use the computer herself to retrieve the email and print the documents, she had to charge me for that as well. Really? I thought it was a printing store. To be 100% fair I initially came in with a USB stick. The owner asked me if I could print by myself at the self service kiosk while she attended other people who arrived after me. I said it was ok but I wasn't able to print using the printer. I then sent the documents via email to the store, thinking it would speed things up for me and for the store as well. But how does that justify that I have to be charged for computer use *separately* to print a document at a printing store anyway? After trying to be reasonable failed, I stormed off. I'm not proud about that and I apologize about that to the owner if she is reading, although I don't believe I was treated professionally and with respect. Even less I was not treated fairly. And that to me me worth much more than $3. If you are too overwhelmed with work and don't have enough people, paying customers shouldn't be the ones suffering the consequences. People be aware when you shop here.

Went in today to get a will notarized. Crystal and her team were awesome. She was highly efficient, charming and funny. We've had to get a lot of things notarized at our bank recently and they would have taken 3 times longer notarize fewer pages. We drove past several other UPS stores and other places to get this done just to use her store. I've shipped numerous things with them also in the last year. The service was always just as good as it was today! Cheers.

The people who work here have to put up with so many entitled, selfish, bullying, arrogant people, and yet they remain calm and professional. The negative reviews here are from people with personality disorders. This is a great place for shipping, mailing, etc.

I took one of my cookbooks to this store since the original binding was falling apart. They were able to spiral bind it for a great price but this is not a same day service since they send it to an offsite location. The downside is there can be a small wait for service depending what time you go but the upside is the quality service. When I went right when they opened one morning there was no one in there!

Hand down, the best UPS store...crew I've ever used. They're always super helpful. If you've got a need to get something somewhere, they'll make it happen. I had a bunch of oddball (large) items to ship, and not only did they find a box to suit, but even helped me pack it safely so surely it would arrive undamaged. There are plenty of other shipping stores in town, and after trying each one, this UPS store is the only one I've come back to.

I had A LOT of packages to send, both international and domestic, and the staff was so polite and patient. While I was there, the power went out and about 12 people came in for service. The staff remained composed, efficient and worked flawlessly as a team. It was so refreshing to witness. This is my favorite shipping store!

Love this Store! So glad to know Crystal and her team, They are always keen to greet my team and I, a hello, even when just picking up mail. They are convenient and helpful when needing to send a package or ask a question. And even if they do charge more , the service alone that we have experienced these past years has been great and worth it! I would definitely recommend them!
