I spoke with Doug, a private banker exactly one week ago about opening up a special account that can only be done by banking treasury managers. He promised me a call back the next day to discuss next steps. It is exactly one week now and I have not heard from him. Unprofessional is an understatement. Not only will you NEVER get my business, but I Have told my NEW bank about your unprofessional business practices, as well as anyone who will listen. Caveat Emptor, people. If they can’t return a simple phone call to someone making a large deposit, do you really think they will care about your money? ~L

This branch has some of the nicest people, Mery and Dana, in particular are exemplary. They have helped me navigate through a difficult time after my fathers death and with my accounts as well. They work very hard all day long and are very busy and unfortunately short of help as most businesses are these days. They know me by name and are always attentive. Just wanted someone in the organization of Truist to know how great this team is. ~Barbara

On Feb. 24, 2022, we went to this branch to access our safe deposit box. We arrived at 205p and got out at 320p…. RIDICULOUS!!!! We were greeted at the door and told to take a seat.We waited & waited & waited. Finally , Clement came and opened our box. He apologized for the long wait & said when finished ring bell. We were in the safe deposit box less than 15 min. We rang the bell… no one came. We waited 10 min then rang the bell again.. no one came. I went out to the lobby and got the attention of Clement ( who was working with another couple) I waved my arms & told him we were waiting 20 minutes. THIS IS JUST TO PUT THE BOX AWAY and leave. Clement did come back in 5 minutes. He did apologize again & explained short staffed & he hadn’t had lunch that day. There was a line to the door the whole time we were there… saw only one teller. Again…. RIDICULOUS! Making elderly people stand 20 minutes or more in line to talk to a teller. Another joke of your branch is no one answers the phone…we called to see if we needed an appointment to access our safe deposit box…. NO ANSWER, NO RECORDING, NO CHANCE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE… again, RIDICULOUS! There has to be a better procedure put in place for patrons wanting to access their safe deposit box. The access & locking should take no more than 10 minutes. Again, we were there 1 hour 20 min. I would give a 0 rating but not an option. BOA needs to look at their hiring & pay rates to assure their customers needs are met in a timely manner with proper staffing! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. BTW, why should we consider changing banks when BOA needs to make the changes necessary to serve its customers properly & in a timely manner???????? ~Sandy

So, this will be a strange review. I ordered from Karen for my wife's 60th birthday and gave her cart blanche to do something fancy. The arrangement arrived at our condo on Indian rocks and the next day, some of the flowers were already dying. After speaking to Karen on the phone, she explained that sometimes the wholesaler delivers flowers that aren't as fresh as they could be. Not often, but occasionally it happens. She offered to replace them or refund my money. Since we came back to our house in Tampa, the only alternative was a refund. I mean who does that? Shows real integrity. Thank you Karen for standing behind your product. I will try you again next time we are at the beach. ~Dennis

I had lower back surgery and have been working with Sylvia for the last six weeks. I am amazed at the progress that I have made since I started working with her. My pain is almost gone. She has been fantastic. Her knowledge of the anatomy and muscles Is amazing. She figured out the exercises that would help me recover from surgery. She takes time to explain the exercises and makes sure that you do them correctly. I have worked with several physical therapists and she is the best one. I would recommend her very highly. ~Jasbir

My son had his wisdom teeth removed last week. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend this practice. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, especially Mark. Dr. Eichstaedt provided an excellent consultation and surgery. He was courteous and professional in presenting the diagnostics and options. My son recovered in just a few days with nothing more then a sore jaw for a few days. Overall this was a very good experience and should I ever need dental surgery, I found the place where I will go. ~Peter
