On Feb. 24, 2022, we went to this branch to access our safe deposit box. We arrived at 205p and got out at 320p…. RIDICULOUS!!!! We were greeted at the door and told to take a seat.We waited & waited & waited. Finally , Clement came and opened our box. He apologized for the long wait & said when finished ring bell. We were in the safe deposit box less than 15 min. We rang the bell… no one came. We waited 10 min then rang the bell again.. no one came. I went out to the lobby and got the attention of Clement ( who was working with another couple) I waved my arms & told him we were waiting 20 minutes. THIS IS JUST TO PUT THE BOX AWAY and leave. Clement did come back in 5 minutes. He did apologize again & explained short staffed & he hadn’t had lunch that day. There was a line to the door the whole time we were there… saw only one teller. Again…. RIDICULOUS! Making elderly people stand 20 minutes or more in line to talk to a teller. Another joke of your branch is no one answers the phone…we called to see if we needed an appointment to access our safe deposit box…. NO ANSWER, NO RECORDING, NO CHANCE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE… again, RIDICULOUS! There has to be a better procedure put in place for patrons wanting to access their safe deposit box. The access & locking should take no more than 10 minutes. Again, we were there 1 hour 20 min. I would give a 0 rating but not an option. BOA needs to look at their hiring & pay rates to assure their customers needs are met in a timely manner with proper staffing! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. BTW, why should we consider changing banks when BOA needs to make the changes necessary to serve its customers properly & in a timely manner???????? ~Sandy
