On Feb. 24, 2022, we went to this branch to access our safe deposit box. We arrived at 205p and got out at 320p…. RIDICULOUS!!!! We were greeted at the door and told to take a seat.We waited & waited & waited. Finally , Clement came and opened our box. He apologized for the long wait & said when finished ring bell. We were in the safe deposit box less than 15 min. We rang the bell… no one came. We waited 10 min then rang the bell again.. no one came. I went out to the lobby and got the attention of Clement ( who was working with another couple) I waved my arms & told him we were waiting 20 minutes. THIS IS JUST TO PUT THE BOX AWAY and leave. Clement did come back in 5 minutes. He did apologize again & explained short staffed & he hadn’t had lunch that day. There was a line to the door the whole time we were there… saw only one teller. Again…. RIDICULOUS! Making elderly people stand 20 minutes or more in line to talk to a teller. Another joke of your branch is no one answers the phone…we called to see if we needed an appointment to access our safe deposit box…. NO ANSWER, NO RECORDING, NO CHANCE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE… again, RIDICULOUS! There has to be a better procedure put in place for patrons wanting to access their safe deposit box. The access & locking should take no more than 10 minutes. Again, we were there 1 hour 20 min. I would give a 0 rating but not an option. BOA needs to look at their hiring & pay rates to assure their customers needs are met in a timely manner with proper staffing! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. BTW, why should we consider changing banks when BOA needs to make the changes necessary to serve its customers properly & in a timely manner????????

Do not go to this bank! I went to go cash a cashier check that was drawn from there location and they treated me like I it was counterfeit and I was a criminal. I found out they did the same thing from the individual that purchased the cashier check. They have bad attitudes and need better management. I think all of Bank of America's should close down. Last time I walk into one.

Walked in, nobody even acknowledged me. Took forever for someone to talk to me, and when she did it was very short and useless. She didn’t even bother asking me my name or account number, to look into the matter. When I told her what I was specifically there for she tried offering me a different service that made no sense. If she didn’t understand what I wanted I would have appreciated her sending over someone who does instead of wasting my time and aggravating me. How do you work there and have no knowledge of basic procedures?

All I needed was a temporary card...a hour later..still nothing. I already went to another location but was told I had to come here to get it done. I appreciate customer service but maybe cut the conversation down when you have a lobby full of people.

Worst bank and branch I've ever dealt with. The bank manager is extremely rude their business people think they know more than you do not even try to help you when you request something never return phone calls so I closed my business account and personal account will never do business with any Bank of America at all

My client has a closing on a house purchase and needed to wire transfer funds.. he went at 2:30pm and they told him no and turned him away! They told him to come next day! And he asked for an appointment... We got it done elsewhere at another branch and were told we didn't need an appointment....such bad customer service!!!

Hadeel is awesome. She is polite and cordial even though I missed our first appointment. She helped me reschedule and then opened a second account for me. Definitely an asset to this branch!

Been with Bank of America for over 15 years. They suck but I put up with it. But Julie at this branch is the reason I will leave. Needed something done that would take 5 min, she couldn’t do it because she had an appt at 3. Mind you it was 3:15 so she’d rather displace my time for someone who doesn’t care about hers. This branch gets an F.

Sonny behind the counter was great. He consistently had 4-5 people in line and by himself he quickly knocked through the ever increasing line with a smile on his face

Terrible needed 2 minutes of there time after waiting for door greeter to pat an olderlady on the back and carry on a conversation about nothing , then she told to come back tommorow Or make an appointment and then sent me across the street to AAA for a notary ,never again greeter at the door is useless and not needed
