I was starving and wanted to try this place b4 for lunch but never did. This particular evening we stopped and decided to try it for dinner. It was the worst experience I ever had. The floors dirty, plates piled up, food didn't look fresh. The food didnt have a good taste like I was hoping. I will never eat there again it was disgusting.

Food was very low quality and cold. It was crazy way over priced. Huge mistake going here. I remember coming here years ago and it was much much better. I only gave them the two stars because I feel bad for any restaurant these days. Tough times

The service is always great, I always chose to come here whenever me and my friends go out to eat. The food is nice and hot, fast, and it’s all very delicious. I love their wide variety of selection since it can make vegetarians, meat lovers, and everyone untie for a nice meal. 10/10 would recommend!!

Was a little leary but the cashier let me go in and look and it looked OK for lunch. Returned for dinner and they had a little better selection of sushi. The hot items were good, very tasty. The sushi was OK. I'm used to kobe sushi and now that they are closed I haven't found one as good. This buffet was good. Called hibachi buffet.

I have been cuple times there always expect something tasty, but really when I am there the food presentation don't attract the attention, my favorite is clams soup. Restroom need more attention always are duty, paper towels in the floor and also water .

We read the various reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. My first expression upon entering is the trees with neon green and purple lights? Not sure how the trees amplifies the dining experience but it did nothing for me. After sitting down and ordering beverages, I walked over, picked up a plate and started to see the many dishes they had to offer. I was initially drawn to their "salmon sushi," which consisted of small bits of salmon on a clump of rice. Presentation is everything when it comes to displaying food. The salmon was off pink in color and it looked like someone grabbed a small bit of rice and placed the salmon on it. The taste was nothing I was used to. It didn't taste like salmon and I had a piece of bone in mine. Apparently whoever was in charge of this station didn't care of keeping it clean or replenishing the poorly prepared sushi. There were other types of sushi but it looked old and frankly unappetizing. They had salmon presented as "sashimi" in little dishes. There was water with the salmon, which wasn't good and told me it was poorly prepared or the very least, cross contamination. (See photo) The green wasabi or mustard used with sushi was mushy and not prepared properly. The ginger bowl was empty and no one taking care of this station. Next I saw raw oysters on a half shell but some looked dry while others had ice on them. The shellfish didn't look fresh at all and,... "I'll leave it at that. Other dishes just wasn't that appealing and the taste was bland and tasteless. They had a "Chocolate Fountain" flowing with chocolate but around it was dirty dried chocolate that didn't look sanitary at all. There were toothpick like sticks lying in chocolate. There was a dirty dish and plastic wrappers also lying in the chocolate. (See photo) The bottom line is that I should've asked to see the entrees that they had on the islands before electing to sitting down. The food in my opinion wasn't appetizing at all and food preparation as well as display was unsanitary at best.

It was the best buffet place we've been to in awhile!! Lots of kinds of food... Little pricey but overall the food is excellent!

The restaurant is large, the decorations beautiful. Some of the food was as good as their decorations, some was definitely not. Their Mac and Cheese tasted like it was yesterday's Mac and Cheese, and was simply reheated. Their Asian inspired food options were good, but when it comes to American food, they need help. Their pizza crust was as chewable as a brick is, and I already said what I think about the Mac and Cheese. Out of everything, their coconut shrimp and their custard pie (flan) are the only two things I'm going to be in the mood for to return here. Their customer service needs help too. You greet your customers when they come in, don't just ask how many. You ask them if the seating option they gave you is fine. If you order a diet Coke, take the time to tell your customers you only carry Pepsi products. Don't just serve them diet Pepsi and expect it to be ok. And don't just throw the straws on the table. Have the courtesy to set them down. It's a beautiful restaurant, but I'm not here to admire the lit up trees or the paintings or the chandeliers. I'm here to eat and enjoy my food. Good customer service and a better cook will bring you more customers in the end. And please make the sushi look appetizing. The way they were made looked like who ever made them had been attending "Sushi 101" and flunked.
