Jousty
The fries were old and stale and the food was overcooked. They almost forgot my McFlurry and I I had to remind them. Finally one of my kids happy meal was missing a toy. Worse McDonald’s experience so far

Went to the drive thru to order a Big Mac combo. No one in line behind me yet I had to go park out front to wait for my order. Got home a couple blocks away and my Big Mac was dry and the fries were greasy and limp! Oh yum! I will actually drive to In and Out from now on because McDonald's has raised their prices and In and Out is now cheaper! Go figure.

Pretty good for a McDolads. Food is usually pretty fresh and the place is kept clean.

The order taker seemed to have threatened me.. telling me "okay watch, watch out next time" "next time".... That's an interesting way to leave an impression on a customer. I redeemed a free sandwich and did not even end up receiving my food. I tried to customize my sandwich with no cheese and was willing to pay to have a biscuit replace the muffin and was denied the opportunity so I lost the points and did not receive the food. Trash customer service. Complete trash.

Costumer service sucks at the drive through window the guy was hella rude this morning, his manager even had to come over and talk to him and pull him off to the window cuz he was so rude

The employee was too lazy to bring my dine in order to my table even though it wasn't busy and I'm sure it had nothing to do with her being very heavyset, just a coincidence. Idk each McDonald's get to pick and choose what services to follow.

Visit was OK. No complaints on food. The staff at the drive thru payment window did cause some delays as they explained the pay via McDonald's app process to us incorrectly and that took a few minutes to sort out. I'm sure after more training on how customers use the app the issue will be resolved and drive thru will be much quicker.

Never have I had such bad service. They burned my food. It was through the drive thru and I was too far away to go back. I asked for it well done, not blackened. Will never go to this location again. Complained to corporate but that didn't seem to matter.

Well its fast food not much to expect happy meals,MCchicken and frappes its always a good choice for a quick meal i like coming here the staff is quick and polite and they never gotten my order wrong lol i sure appreciate that.
