The order taker seemed to have threatened me.. telling me "okay watch, watch out next time" "next time".... That's an interesting way to leave an impression on a customer. I redeemed a free sandwich and did not even end up receiving my food. I tried to customize my sandwich with no cheese and was willing to pay to have a biscuit replace the muffin and was denied the opportunity so I lost the points and did not receive the food.
