I use this store frequently and have always been happy with service and customer service. However last wen I had a documents overnighted that day (Saturday) to be delivered on Monday. Paid the money to have package arrive on Monday. Login in Monday to check tracking and no shipping label created checked all day same status. Call the store after work was informed the package may have been placed on the wrong pile. She would look into it. I go back into check after speaking to the the employee all of a sudden shipping label was created package will be delivered on Tuesday. This is not the first time we have paid for overnight and the package has been received like regular mail. Please track you Mr packages that you pay to expedite.

This store does have an off smell in it . The employees are not polite nor rude to me and the service is ok . Prices are high . You can tell alot about a buisness by their reviews and this store definitely needs some work. Also when an owner replies to every negative comment with the same scripted not able to understand comment that in itself also tells you how he/she feels about their customers . Cant even take the time to write an authentic comment . Just copy and paste . Reflects the condition of the store .

Goto the Post office. 10x cheaper and they won't give you a hard time. To send package to India it was 250.00 and they said I wasn't allowed to send all but one item. Went to post office, no problems and paid 76.00 for 6-10 day delivery. $250 vs $76 come on. And post office doesn't make you pay for insurance up to $100..

Andrew H made my day on 11/27/2021 I had a few items to ship and Andrew H went above and beyond assisting me. He was very polite great customer service. I returned to the store on 12/04/2021 my encounter with Bob the manager started off bad but he redeemed himself.

What a great location and a wonderful staff for full service. I needed a notary service which they were more than happy and competent in doing. I also discovered that they were able to take my spectrum used equipment and I mailed a package there. The store was clean and well maintained and conveniently located.

I virtually never leave a poor review, but the service at this location has been deteriorating rapidly recently. On a trip on a Saturday at 9:30 in the morning , I had to wait 15 minutes just to drop off one Amazon return. Two customers had long transactions and the lone clerk was doing her best. Three more customers lined up behind me, and when i inquired why she was alone, she said the next person would be in at 11, Management, what are you thinking???!! One clerk on a weekend morning? It was NOT her fault, she was doing her best and apologized for the wait, but you need to rethink your scheduling!!!

I needed some printing done. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They took the time to make sure it was exactly what I needed/wanted. I go in all the time to drop off Amazon returns. They are always friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on 6/4 with a Mercari package. There was a line that day, the girl (with long blondish hair) asked if anyone was just dropping off. I raised my hand, handed her the package, watched her scan it, then left. After that my package was lost, never received by the buyer. I went back to the location and explained what occurred and was turned away. They literally refused to even look around the store and told me to call UPS directly. I called UPS and because the label was created by Mercari they will not even open a claim for my missing package. Not only am I out the $$ since I had to refund the buyer, but I've also lost the product due to this locations incompetence.

I have been in there many times and used the rental computer to print my labels and I am in and out. The rates for the computer usage is fair. I have never paid more then $2.00 to use the computer. Bobby and his staff are wonderful! They are always so helpful. 🙂🙃

The owner of this location is the best. He is always polite and very courteous. I’ve never had any issues; his customer service and that of his family member (son?) that works there is very polite and helpful as well. There are 3 ladies also; the new, younger employee was very nice and helpful. When another gave up looking for my package, the younger woman took over the search and found my package immediately. No store and staff are perfect but the excellent customer service of the owner keeps me coming back.
