My wife and I stopped by to get some on our way home. We discussed getting the fried chicken opted for the famous captain munch. Mid meal Andy came to us and hooked us up with some free samples. Totally unexpected, and made us feel really special! Thanks Andy!!

Super nice service 👍 The food came out fast, hot and I could see it's fresh made to order. Got plenty of dipping sauce Very tasty wings . totally my new kosher place to eat. Go try it out.

Please don't waste your money on the location in American dream & teaneck , I had a horrible experience at the mall I bought a sandwich that was worth $20 with old stale chicken with no toppings. I decided to give their teaneck location a chance and to my displease it was even worse. The "manager" was rude I tried to order wings at 2pm and they said they ran out of wings. I wanted to order a sandwich but I noticed ALL the employees weren't even wearing their masks properly. The sandwich makers were all on their phone as well as the grill man, horrible customer & horrible kosher food.

So disappointed. Went to the one in American Dream Mall since it was the only kosher food that wasn’t ice cream or sweets. Paid $57 for a sandwich, chicken poppers, chicken fingers and 2 drinks. The food was worse than hospital food. Precooked and heated. My 2 year old would even eat anymore of it after one bite. Kosher food can be so delicious and this is place gives it such a bad rep.

Half a sandwich was all I needed to fill me up for lunch. The new renovation looked amazing but do to COVID we got to enjoy the outdoor seating.

Inexcusable! Be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. The first time I ordered from them, and this was a big order, they were 40 minutes late. My family and I decided to give them another chance. This time they were over an hour late and when I tried calling them, this included a 15 minute wait on hold, they told me that there was some problem in the system. No kidding there's a problem in the system, don't take an order when you can't deliver or give someone an accurate estimate on time. Other places can do it and you should be able to as well. This is no excuse especially for a kosher place which should not be sub-standard!

The chicken is tasty. I have had it man times. But I am allergic to the sauce. My hubby asked for no sauce because I am allergic and the chicken had sauce on it now I am sick! The sides are not great only the chicken is good but under cooked sometimes and the sauce makes me sick. It's a simple order no sauce. Yet they failed to care

Ordered a snack wrap with no sauce and a knish. The snack wrap had sauce and the knish was frozen solid in the middle. Also, once the one helpful staff member ended his shift, you had to check in periodically with the staff to get your food (they wouldn’t let you know when your order was done), which is difficult during this time of social distancing. This was a horrible first impression and I’m not interested in a second one.
