I udially go here when I need one or two things. It needs a face-lift, especially in the produce section. The self checkout lanes work great. Over all its fine, but just needs brightening up and more stock

Today I purchased two packages beyond meat and when I went home and opened the packages they were both rotten. This isn't the first time I've came home and either shredded cheese, pizza crust or some other item had been moldy and spoiled. Not ok!

Store has many items that we love at reasonable price. They keep it clean, fresh. Definitely worse driving few extra miles to it.

Clean, fairly well stocked most of time but there is a big push of their store brand with other brands phased out at times. Sometimes the store brand is acceptable to me and sometimes it is not equal to the name brand. Produce variety very good for average sized market, but produce quality sometimes less than ideal. I LOVE the hand held self scan option because I can handle my groceries once and bag them in the cart (this is the main reason I shop at this store) but sometimes the scanners freeze and I have to get a new one in the middle of shopping. That happened twice today. Very frustrating. Preventative maintenance would make sense. Most staff are helpful and some are very nice. This store now offers online ordering with curbside pickup. 10/7/2022- The scanners seem to be working much better now. I haven't had one freeze up in a couple of months. Thank you Stop & Shop!

This Teaneck stop and shop has the friendliest cart attendant ever. He is truly a nice man . He'll get you your cart take your cart helpful to all who come .. genuine charismatic and charming makes shopping at stop & shop of Teaneck NJ a pleasure.

Horrible experience with the woman at customer service. I returned a stop n shop brand item because I wasn’t satisfied She went on to shake the product. Yes, there is some missing because I tried it. She begrudgingly gave me a store gift card for the $2 & change. Meanwhile never once looked up at me. Very poor customer service & obviously miserable with her job.C’mon stop n shop & get with it & hire people that want to work!

Stop & Shop is a great store that has pretty much everything you could need in terms of kitchen and pantry goods. The store is neat and organized and the customer service is fantastic. Every time I have asked an employee a question, they answered politely and helped me to the best of their ability. Furthermore, the pricing is pretty good and the location is super convenient. It might not have everything you need- for instance, if you're a baker like me, and you need that random thing like vegan dulce de leche, you probably won't find it there. But it will always have the essentials. And I must say, they carry beautiful, fresh produce.
