This Starbucks is the worse starburst ever , they never have nothing every day an excuse about stuff they missing is just not worth it coming here !

I wanted to share a great customer service experience. I went here on Fri Sept 23. As I ordered, I noticed my funds in apps were just $4.40. After the cashier (a young shorter black woman) said the total for a large americano, I asked to downgrade to medium. Once again it was too much, so I asked for a small. We sort of laughed together since I clearly was aiming to get below the amount in my app to avoid adding more funds. When my order came out, she was carrying a large and gave it to me with a smile / wink. It meant a lot to me and was a gesture of kindness on that morning. Please thank her for her kindness!

Received email for free birthday drink but wasn't sure which of my 3 cards were loaded with drink. Girl haphazardly checked all 3 and told me it wasn't loaded to any of the cards. When I checked my account I found out she was wrong;I had the right card but it was almost 3 and they close at 3. PEEVED to say the least!

The milk taste isn’t as consistently good as other franchises. Went during lunch. Great and friendly staff.

The worst starbucks Ive been to. All the staff are slow and rude and don’t even greet you. I wait so long and it’s not even busy

Some of the people here are hard-working and competent, but they seem to have a hard time fully staffing the place, and then employees get irritable, and it gets to be a pretty negative vibe and mistakes are made and there are often long waits.

I came to this starbucks almost everyday with my small dog and was treated very poorly each time. My greetings were meet with attitudes or were blatantly ignored. They seemed to think my friendliness was some sort of flirtation with an ulterior motive. They were rude and disrespectful and I won't be back. When I would go I would ask for a cup of water for my dog and I ordered pretty much the same thing every time I went. As a regular they barely acknowledged my orders and never remembered my name. The customer service here is severely lacking to say the least. A few of them were kind but the majority of them were awful. Once again I will not be back. If you are looking for a decent starbucks with kind people who actually remember you and your orders, or who at least answer a "hi, how are you," go to the Starbucks in Englewood. Thank you.

Waited at least 15 minutes for my Frappuccino while others in the line after me got their drinks. I watched the "barista" struggle to get the lid on for a good few minutes before proclaiming to her manager that she couldn't get it on. A plastic lid that was made for the accompanying plastic cup...really? This was happening while a different barista was spraying the tiled wall with cleaning agent (I hope), swatting gnats with a disinfecting wipe and killing them with his bare hands. Since he was standing over the lids, he did hand a couple to the other baristas as requested. After I completely lost my craving for said frap, I asked for a refund. The manager gave me the look of inconvenience as she begrudgingly issued my refund. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

I was there on February 20 around 10:30 am morning and It was not busy at all. Of course you can forget my order and served two other people who came after me. Because it happens. But it is not fine getting my Americano after 10 minutes of waiting without hearing any "sorry". The lady (blonde woman) who made my coffee was acting like I was not event there and I finally got my coffee after I said "I am waiting for my Venti Americano". I was suprised how this Starbucks location trained their employees. I never felt this way at any starbucks locations and I would never come back to this location.
