One of the cleanest Mc.Donalds in this area. There is big parking for huge amount of cars, after Mc.Donalds of New York you can feel yourself better. Around of this location you can find forest with thousands of trees. I recommend to come with family Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

Very clean location, easy ordering options, very friendly customer service, and the food is just as expected from mcdonald's! The fries were hot and crispy!

Our food was wrong so I called them from the parking lot to get the correct food. After a while I was finally let in to get my order corrected and the entire time I had to listen to an employee screaming on a personal call saying the n word non stop. Management needs to oversee their employees bc this experience was atrocious.

The service was horrible and employees are extremely rude and fresh. I was with my child and all we hear is cursing in the background. The food was decent but service could have been much better.

Went into mcdonalds,absecon,at 10:45 this morning,Friday July 8 2022,there were 7 or 8 employees there,I was the only person in line at the register,the employees were just standing there doing nothing,I kept waiting and waiting no one came to the register to help me,I looked at my watch I had already been at the register 6 minutes,finally I said hello they all heard me yet they don't just stood there looking at each other,this include's the manager,the most dis functional staff I have ever seen,I don't know where this McDonald's got the manager this manager needs to go,really disappointed with the service there,the manager at this McDonald's is not ready for position as manager,needs more customer service training.

Went through the drive thru because I saw no parking spots. The wait was short, the food was fresh and hot, and I was shocked to see napkins! Usually don't get any unless I ask! Great lunch!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Double check your order before you pull away from the pickup window. It's legit wrong every single time after a long drive thru wait time 😡😡😡 3rd time here and I will never come back.

Morning time service is great. There is this on cashier that is so upbeat and welcoming. I enjoy visiting. Mr. Mack she's definitely an asset to business

This location seems to be very busy at odd hours. As one of the food options in the mall, it is not surprising that it was busy. After a concert at the boardwalk we went at around 11pm. There was such long lines and took over 15 minutes for simple orders. Other than that they were good at keeping up with what was a rush of people. The restaurant was clean. Other than that theres not much else you can mention about a mcdonalds.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here..they're disgusting and they don't care about cleanliness or anything! It smells like a port-a-potty and I would STRONGLY advise against going here! The staff is a bunch of young kids who don't care. They stand around talking and they are rude to customers. One time I went back in because they left the burger off my son's cheese burger and I told them and they looked at me like I made it up! These pictures I took are just the drink station. There is ketchup spilled all over the place, drinks spilled on the floor, lids all over the place, bread on the drink counter, trash overflowing and the manager outside on the phone while checking the trash cans. How can they get away with this and who is held accountable? I didn't get a picture of the actual drink dispenser which is also filthy, and the ketchup cups are inside the straw dispenser. This is what neglect looks like and people can get sick off this kind of negligence.
