I never understood all of the critics of this location. I order all the time usually from my car and usually a minute away and the food and drinks are ALWAYS ready by the time I get there. They are super fast and never get anything wrong. What else do people expect from a DD location?!?

The representative was rude and mean. The rest of workers were kind but the representative tried to blame the customer while their drinks were terrible. The quality of my coffee was not there. Disappointed!

Its like local coffee shop from a small town, they remember your order and often call it out as you walk in. Friendly, inviting and always getting it right. This is my go to DD. They also have Baskin-Robbins so how can that not work for ya!

I would give 5 stars, if better gloves and facial equipment was given to employees. The DD Crew do their best with what is given and with how they've been trained. If one notices, they have near paper thin gloves handling 400°F ovens. That means the once frozen food is now as hot as the hood of a car in the 80°F summer heat or your feet touching the heated sand on the beach. Not pleasant. Surgical gloves what they are wearing and not the thick ones. Also, depending what time you arrive, there will be either shortage of frozen goods or being heated in the back ovens. Hangry is never the solution to any issue. Discovery of oneself will help in self-control. Thank you~

Super cheap about their portions.. Ordered an avacado toast with bacon which the girl hardly put even 4 pieces of bacon bits and spread the avacado thin so she can use the container for another customer. All other DDs use the entire container. I asked for more bacon bits and she put like 2 more tiny pieces as if it were coming out of her pocket. Probably didn't even amount to a quarter of a bacon strip in the end. Other local DDs are better and not as stingy. Avoid this one if you can.

The iced coffee was good here but their bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich tasted horrible. You can tell it was frozen and reheated due to the hot temperature and not crispy bagel.

I ordered a decaffeinated coffee from a guy, but he gave me a caffeine one. I couldn't sleep until next morning. He didn't even give me a receipt for the order. He should have honestly told me decaffe was unavailable. Very shameful.

Most of the time they greet you here. Relatively quick each time I've been here. Their parking can sometimes be full even when there isn't customers inside. I have to downgrade. The employees in the evening aren't very nice.
