BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL if you are a young black woman going here for pre-employment drug testing. The lady who did my test was very rude and short with me, then ACCUSED ME OF USING A HEATING PAD. Are you kidding me? She stood right outside the bathroom and listened to me collect the sample, so this was INSANE to say the least. There was something inside the bathroom when I walked in and I paid it no mind because I assumed they’d already done their jobs properly and checked the bathrooms after each patient— wrong. Instead, she held ME responsible for HER neglect and said she’ll need to tell “them” that there was a heating pad in the restroom. This is ridiculous and I urge you to not trust this Quest location for any testing needs, especially not for pre-employment. ~Nasya

I wanted to share a great customer service experience. I went here on Fri Sept 23. As I ordered, I noticed my funds in apps were just $4.40. After the cashier (a young shorter black woman) said the total for a large americano, I asked to downgrade to medium. Once again it was too much, so I asked for a small. We sort of laughed together since I clearly was aiming to get below the amount in my app to avoid adding more funds. When my order came out, she was carrying a large and gave it to me with a smile / wink. It meant a lot to me and was a gesture of kindness on that morning. Please thank her for her kindness! ~Jed

I udially go here when I need one or two things. It needs a face-lift, especially in the produce section. The self checkout lanes work great. Over all its fine, but just needs brightening up and more stock ~Whippet

Great food and great staff, Johnson Uncle is the best! We had them cater food for an event this past weekend. I was surprised my guests were going back for seconds even thirds. Only have many compliments of how tasty the food and drinks were. Can't wait to order from them again. Don't let the grocery store fool you. Its a great place to buy groceries as well as cooked authentic Indian food! ~tom

I went in to get a replacement phone. The customer service person was supposed to order a new phone for me. This was on a Saturday, buy Thursday when I did not receive it I called the store. They told me the order had never been placed. I would have to come back in in order for me to reorder the phone. This is not right around the corner for me. I haven't been back there since. It's not my usual store. I was very frustrated that the person did not filed a claim for my new phone. Customer service was poor. ~Chael

This is a local bank branch where you can still feel like you are part of a community and you talk to humans, not robots (which is how dealing with big banks can feel, especially as a small business owner). The staff are super friendly and helpful and Handan is the best branch manager ever. I would definitely encourage everyone to take your business to First Commerce Bank in Teaneck, for both personal and business accounts! ~Adrian

Why are they different color? One of is dark like it's rotten. I ate the dark one and the normal one. They taste different, the dark one tastes like garbage.. eww!! ~James

Half a sandwich was all I needed to fill me up for lunch. The new renovation looked amazing but do to COVID we got to enjoy the outdoor seating. ~Steven
