I went in to get a replacement phone. The customer service person was supposed to order a new phone for me. This was on a Saturday, buy Thursday when I did not receive it I called the store. They told me the order had never been placed. I would have to come back in in order for me to reorder the phone. This is not right around the corner for me. I haven't been back there since. It's not my usual store. I was very frustrated that the person did not filed a claim for my new phone. Customer service was poor.

Be aware, I got scammed from this store. They silently added extra services (like unlimited call to Mexico and insurance) that cost extra $20/month. They also put my name and address completely wrong and refuse to provide PIN so that I could not check my billing.

Horrible service the guy with nasty mood on his phone when I asked him I'm having issues plug in my phone he's like oh you got to hold it like this the plug your phone to charge your phone so I asked him how much are phones here do you have anything in the biggest size he's like yeah over there so he's show me I'm like do we get discounts and he's a know if $400 at $300 deal with that and I'm like I was a longtime customer and it just horrible service a guy should be working in that service and being a employee that if he

The owner took my cash I paid for phone bill and did not submit it to Metro PCS when I paid it early as soon as I got notice it would be do in a week time. I got a cancellation text one week later . So I ended up having to pay my phone bill twice .

I like this location. It is never too crowded and the associates are always friendly and efficient. I live in a neighboring town which houses several locations and I'd rather come to this location any day!

Went here this morning because the other metro pcs store didn’t have any IPhones in stock. I walk in and the employee is eating, no big deal but some kind of acknowledgement would be nice. I ask do you have any IPhones in stock to which I get a single syllable answer. The employee keeps eating and doesn’t even say anything. I go over to the display and look. I then proceed to go over to the counter where said employee is still eating. I say I’m sorry to bother you to which they reply it’s okay. Seriously you have the nerve to say it’s okay and I was being sarcastic. You are in the customer service business fake a little enthusiasm if you must and feign a little interest. I was planning on upgrading my phone but with your lack of enthusiasm and your cluelessness as to customer service you lost a sale. I hope you enjoyed your meal

First time customer. Very polite, knowledgeable staff. Was running late to pick up my phone (towards closing time), Butch offered to stick around until I arrived. Having a retail business myself, it's nice to see genuine care from the other side of the counter.
