Helpful and friendly staff. Assisted with device trade in and also showed me I could save money and improve my existing phone plan. They didn't mention I would lose HBO Max by upgrading but I saved more than enough to cover the loss of HBO, I just would have liked to know. Thanks again Mike.

Mike at the store was so helpful , was understanding of my needs was attentive to what I required in my device and was accommodating with my 3 Lil girls who were a little bored while I got my new phone set up . Really appreciated his patience and understanding and knowledge of the product and the company he represents.

First I want to thank Michael and the other associate. I had literally just lost my phone in the Lanoka Harbor waters while kayaking, and as soon as I walked into the store I was immediately addressed, if anyone needs help I highly recommend asking for Michael , a very nice, knowledgeable and informative young man with a great personality. My phone needed to be replaced, I was able to go into the AT&T store in Bayville. Dan was super helpful and friendly. Most importantly, Dan was efficient. He was able to answer all my questions right away and got me out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!!

The manager Chris at the Bayville store greeted us the moment we walked in despite the fact that he was already assisting 2 customers . His ability to multitask made the experience easy and fast. His expertise of the product was great and he answered all our questions. We’ve been to many AT&T stores throughout the country and Chris by far was the best manager we have ever dealt with. I would travel to this store again if I ever need more assistance. Thank you

I came in emotional and frustrated and very quickly Dan was professional and patient. He provided information and plans to suit my situation and everything was quickly resolved. Although the Apple update crashed more then Daytona500 he kept composure and handled everything with ease. Thanks for everything and good luck in future endeavors Dan. I went to the Bayville AT&T store to upgrade my phone. It was my first time doing that on my own. It was a great experience! Dan and David were both very helpful in getting me the best deal. They were also very patient with me. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend going to this location.

We went from 1 house line ,1 business line at my office then the 1cell for the office then my wife 1 cell , still was on an older account and a step up and another now a bill or bills from various companies to one bill on line automated credit and one by mailbox so one is at 40$ as the other was 69$ a way great service + he being a nurse in now connected to a service savings for people who would be needed on an emergency... thank you to Dan "Daniel" at THE Bayville AT&T who helped to fix my phone which wouldn't ,absolutely refused to take calls ..went straight to voice mail. Turned out my phone was treating any # not in my contacts as a telemarketers therefore it was going strait to Voicemail Every call for 4 days before someone mentioned what was happening... I went to store at 6pm they closed at 8pm well a bit later tonight. Yet the problem was fixed before 9pm when I was called to let me know that they found and fixed the problem 😅 thank you Dan ! For all your help with this process . Thank you for your help and support 🙏 ❤ You make a difference Danny.

Bought a new iPhone 13 there the last week of December 2021. They only had the 256 GB one which is more than I wanted/need but I went with it. The manager was very helpful with transferring all of my information, pictures, contacts, music, etc. from my iPhone X to the new phone. He applied a teacher discount which I had never had before. He also said that there was a promotion for $150 worth of accessories for free with purchase of a new iPhone 13. I noticed yesterday that the bill was more than the $98/month I was told. I looked it up online and saw a $25.00 charge for the new phone. I mistakenly thought that was included in the $98 after the discount but I'm fine with that. I also discovered a $5 charge each month for "ChargeUp" which allows you to upgrade after you've paid off 50% of the phone. (didn't sign up for or agree to that) There also was a $12.75 monthly charge for some subscription something or other. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with an AT&T customer service rep. There apparently was NO promotion for accessories. If I had known that I would have only purchased a case for it--not a case, screen protector, lightning cable, and new plug. After a lot of research and contact with various people the rep said he would refund the 4 payments that I was already charged for and would credit me for the rest. Props to corporate AT&T rep Fernando. I will never use the Bayville store again though.
