TD Bank
TD Bank accounts don’t seem to be friendly for international travelers. My family and I have been customers of TD since it changed over from Commerce Bank. I was traveling overseas and couldn’t log into my TD Checking Account on the website or through the phone app because I needed a text code verification. Since I was abroad, I couldn’t get a text code, as my US# didn’t work. Called TD customer center and they said I needed to call my home branch to change my phone number. Next I called this branch, my home branch and talked to a rep about my situation and eventually talked to the manager. The manager said there was nothing they could do to help and I had to call the TD customer center back. She told me the only way to change my phone number on my account was to either come into this branch, or change it in my account online. My issue was that I couldn’t get into my online account… ~Jay
Walgreens
I visited my local Urgent Care (aka City MD) because of pain, fever, and chills caused by an infection I’m currently trying to overcome. The Urgent Care facility had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and sent a prescription for antibiotics to this Walgreens location right away. Unfortunately, nearly three hours later, I have still not received a notification that the prescription is ready. As such, I will not receive my medication until tomorrow afternoon; I leave for work before the pharmacy opens, and I will not be back in this area until 4 pm. As such, the infection that I sought treatment for will continue to go untreated and the pain, fever, and chills I am experiencing will worsen because this pharmacy has absolutely no sense of urgency. AT&T Store
I went to the Bayville AT&T store to upgrade my phone. It was my first time doing that on my own. It was a great experience! Dan and David were both very helpful in getting me the best deal. They were also very patient with me. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend going to this location. ~Barbara
