TD Bank accounts don’t seem to be friendly for international travelers. My family and I have been customers of TD since it changed over from Commerce Bank. I was traveling overseas and couldn’t log into my TD Checking Account on the website or through the phone app because I needed a text code verification. Since I was abroad, I couldn’t get a text code, as my US# didn’t work. Called TD customer center and they said I needed to call my home branch to change my phone number. Next I called this branch, my home branch and talked to a rep about my situation and eventually talked to the manager. The manager said there was nothing they could do to help and I had to call the TD customer center back. She told me the only way to change my phone number on my account was to either come into this branch, or change it in my account online. My issue was that I couldn’t get into my online account…

I live in north jersey and ive given td banks local to me 1 stars because they flat out are useless. However this branch was on the ball! I bought a used motorcycle and the sellers bank was also TD so we went together to get the sale of the bike finalized, paid and notarized. The two women were helpful and it went seamless.

Waiting for service representative while they are on the phone complaining about customers coming in, talking about her lunch break, she finally sees someone and afterwards rather than calling me over see goes back on the phone, ignoring the next customer, me, won't be using indoor services there

If I could give negative stars I would. TD bank is thee worst bank availible to the public. Not only are they always messing up their hours but their policies are not taught to all the employees in the same way so you get different results every time you go. Just a terrible bank with terrible people working there. 0/10 will never visit again.

I never have a problem at this bank. In the past a couple small issues, but not 1 problem in last few years or so. Infact, the customer service is awesome, especially in the drive through.

Very upset that the bank has a policy of not saying "Merry Christmas and had no decorations for the holiday. It is a Federal Holiday and that day is called Christmas whether people like it or not. If they are not going to honor it then they should have been open.

I had a problem with my debit card at ShopRite in Bayville and I went straight across the street to the bank and the person handling my situation reported my card stolen and ordered me a new card without investigating and now I have to wait for new credit card and attach all my bills to a new credit card. This would have never happened if the person that helped me knew what the hell they were doing and just didn't assume. I will be changing my bank account from TD to a more professional bank that cares
