We got a new phone (most recent deal in exchange for the old phone) and were left with only a few apps, a few contacts, and no photos. If they cared at all about customer service, there wouldn't let you leave the store without making sure the customer confirms that all/most of these things are intact. Considering how much business they have, wouldn't they know what to confirm before sending a customer home with their new phone? Horrible experience for us. One star for the one guy that "tried."

I had a problem with a android phone I bought. It's a One Plus, which I had nothing but problems with it. Ok, so I got a cheap phone and wanted to get a better phone. The young lady seemed annoyed that I was there and that I disturbed her from doing her personal thing. Told me to go look at phone and pict one out (mind you there was no other customers in the store). This store is very convenient to my house. I will not go back - don't need attitude from a young girl I visited this store 6/26/2022.

Brandon was the B - E - S - T of all the R - E - S - T I've encountered in quite some time. Activated my phone, answered my questions, gave some good recommendations, and wasn't pushy or snarky. Based at this store ( for the moment) Brandon is going places! Thanks again, my friend.

Okay once again I am posting for a place I actually do not do business with. My friend had questions about phone so I went in to loiter around. Well I'm glad I did because friend was in over her head! Friend has an iphone, I'm android but I'm helping where I can. So. The young man Jared at the store devoted 45 minutes at least to give her a tutorial. Very patient, engaging and thorough. Really took his time to help my buddy and I commend him and the management at this establishment for hiring people like him. Thanks Jared!

Lena and Lerelle were amazing!!!! After having a bad experience at the Blackwood location I came here and they saved the day. I am so happy I switched from Verizon after having the customer service I got from those two girls today. They made everything I needed happen. If you want to switch to a company with great customer service come check them out!

Upgraded a couple phones on Dec 6th and this TMobile team was aMazing that day!….one of the phones was for my sons Xmas gift. I was assured that an appt was made the day after Xmas the minute the doors opened so I could secure it to be activated with no headache. Not the case at all! The store manager Liz was super helpful the first initial visit But upon arrival today to my appt time which was 11am- when the store opened (I was told)- there was 4 people waiting to be serviced while Liz was busy servicing another family with activating their phones and Brandon was busy with another couple. How could this be when the store opens at 11? It was 10:55. Other customers had been waiting. Liz finally could tell customers were walking in and there was zero organization. She started taking a list but when I asked her about my 11am she was clueless and said I had to wait and they were way too busy. This is ridiculous. I understand it is “the day after Christmas” but WHY was the store open before 11?? And I was told by Liz that they opened at 11 even right at that moment when it was obvious they didn’t. When I asked more questions I was treated like I was asking too much. I own a shop right down the street from this business that is based on appts. I would NEVER run my operation this way. T-Mobile Corporate needs to do more to staff these locations. I contacted T-Mobile in the parking lot and was put into a loop of transferred auto calls so I called that Brooklawn store to have them make the appt. Brandon answered the phone but could not make an appt for me and brushed me off. Customer service is lost these days and there is literally nothing as a consumer we can do. I ended up logging into SPRINT once I got home and they walked me through step by step - 2 hours and a HUGE headache later - the phone was up and running . I really want to give this store more stars from their previous service but WOW they fell extremely short today.

I am aware and have more knowledge of each individual phone or product there,they did not help 100% at all,they weren't rude just lazy and lack of knowledge,Its a shame during this time because of pandemic and so there's not a lot of costumers so any one working but not busy should appreciate and be great full for any job,because we all know companies can easily see that particular branch and location and see no sales are getting what they should be getting,but that's why I'm will and able to sell any products from home for any company guaranteed 100% I keep the bar high of all expectations just waiting for emails to help thank you. Don't ever buy stuff from T-Mobile because they don't know anything about any phone and they won't do anything to fix any phone or send any phone to get fixed right now is the time you have to have actions and actions is what keeps jobs and businesses and names alive everybody with contracts are getting robbed
